Exposed for What We Are

I Don't Feel the Need to Make Any Changes

A single, sustained stream of contemplative notes rather than a book of discrete chapters — written, as Pradeep puts it, from the sadness of a traveller who has seen it all and can only watch from a distance. Unflinching about what's been locked away in people rather than shared.

Overview

What this book is actually about

This one doesn't build a numbered argument the way Pradeep's essay collections do — it runs as a single continuous piece of contemplative writing, opening on the idea that love, kindness and compassion are freely available but locked away behind alarms and closed doors. Read it the way you'd read a long letter, not a reference book.

1

An unflinching opening. The book begins from a place of real, stated sadness at what's been shut away in people.

2

Freedom and its costs. A recurring thread on the “freedom to ruin our lives” in the name of rights.

3

No tidy resolution. True to its subtitle, the book doesn't arrive at a change-your-life conclusion.

01 Exposed for What We Are — Complete

The freedom to ruin our lives; we have "rights"; right?

Yes I am sad. I am deeply sad and depressed. But it is the sadness of the traveller who has seen it all and is helpless and is forced to watch from a distance.

There is so much love, kindness and compassion available but all have locked their quotas up in safes, locked the doors and barred the windows and put alarms on the entry gates. Talk of hugs, shares and smiles and all clam-up and start calculating the disasters that will ensue.

We allow our sense of morality to reinterpret signals coming to us. We hide our real sentiments and thoughts. Kindness is a big strength and if we are not kind to each other we will all be at each other throats because that is what our sentiments are raring to do.

So basically this means we are only aiming for a pleasant life and no real improvement because there is enough kindness in the weird world to manage with living somehow or other.

But then what will happen to the raise of consciousness we are looking for? When shall we admit the truth of our beings and rise into a better stress-free level of living?

The way things are a little judicious governing and we become cosy in our nests. And soon death ends it all.

This is a sheer waste of energy.

All our troublesome moments can be traced to the point where we assumed that things are certain.

It may not feel nice as it may hurt sentiments. But that is precisely what I want to do. Break the ice so that some thinking can enter their consciousness.

It is the oneness in me that feels and identifies with the Creation and also knows its place in it. Things are what they are and I have no power or understanding to change much of it. I see all and feel all and watch the inexorable march of the kayak, slowly paddling on in the stream of time.

I feel I am a nobody in this sea of bodies.

But I am also this itinerant soul who was a fakir, warrior prince and a beggar once. I have had so many names and identities. Now I am just a child of the Divine looking for the way back home.

Perhaps we should retrace our steps a little and start thinking again from the starting line with the thought that the body HAS an intelligent chemistry & physics consciousness that has evolved over billions of years. Perhaps we who consider ourselves knowledgeable aren't so knowledgeable after all. So instead of imposing our theories on the body and Creation, we should quieten our pervert minds and try to understand exactly what, who and how this show is running and what Mother Nature is aiming at.

The Earth was not created by a chaotic mind. Everything is too perfect and it is obvious a great intelligence is at work.

I am perforce inclined to think that the reasons of most developments by humans are with ulterior motives although the final products seem like wonderful answers to our issues.

We are taught a lot of things but finally it is the prejudices in us that drive our demons.

The focus is all on facts and figures. Not on the narrative and none at all in "understanding" the forces at play. These forces are eternal and people will change, come and go but the play will continue in a slightly different set of facts and figures. The same pains, greed, ambitions and consequences will play out.

It is like listening to the news. It is the same thing in essence but different everyday - ad nauseum.

If you really want to understand, come to grips with what is at play then all you need to study is the history that started when the "colonisers" started landing on foreign soils and the rape of the land started; the killings, the cheating, murders, massacres, enslavement, grabbing and all that is nefarious. And later spilled out through the world wars that gave some countries the power to lead and destroy and they did just that.

Just imagine the mind-set of a people who reach the shores of a land they did not know about and immediately plank their flags there and say we claim it in the name of the King/queen. And under this god-given right to rule they butcher the populace to take control of the land?! But before we lose our heads we must also understand the occult forces at play. These new colonisers had guns-effective killing machines that the rest of the world did not have. Any way the time had come for the old cultures to die out and get transformed into more modern versions. Mother Nature/The Cosmos uses wars and greed to promote its evolutionary trends.

The only negative aspect in all this is that the new comers rarely adopt all that the old cultures have learnt and thereby actually lose in the long run.

From where I stand it is clear to me that "humans" are not living at the level of the intelligence at work in Creation and actually messing up big to their own detriment although some are able to afford the luxury of mansions with swimming pools and comparative safety from the hordes and this they call "Life". This awes the general populace alright and the populace also makes the mistake of looking upto these people as Knowledgeable, Capable and worthy of emulation. It is a rather convoluted affair and so it will remain as far as I can see.

So for now Death is the only dependable friend we have and luckily it stops Thinking Patterns before some individuals end up destroying the planet utterly. If you are not getting my drift then think of the thinking patterns of some of these periods in history(that are thankfully history) Elizabethan 1, Caliphates, Napoleonic, Victorian, Bismarcic, Hitlerian, Stalinic, Japanese etc

We shall know respite only when the present bunch of thought influencers, have gone and their mistakes sprout mushrooms between the toes of the rest of humanity. All we have to do is wait. !!!

Exposed for what we are.

We may think that the world is going the selfish route and becoming less human and allowing artificial intelligence and impersonal contactless living to take over.

But now I feel that the opposite is happening. Human nature in its intrinsic originality is being exposed for what it is and always was.

Cultural bandages were tied around humans and kept the basic nature which is very self-centred and rather stupid in its interpretation of events, occurrences and relationships.

Earlier it was impossible to survive on one's own. You had to be knowledgeable about everything and make and do everything yourself or in the small communities that we lived there would be some experts like the butcher, the smith, the cobbler, the tailor etc. Gradually with industrialisation mass manufacturing came and goods became available easily that one could buy and relatively cheaply. Today everything even food can be bought. We can survive by making nothing at all ourselves. The industry and commercial interests provide jobs that give fixed salaries so there is nothing left to worry about.

Having money is all that counts.

We really don't need to meet anyone or play into their games. We don't have to tolerate anyone or their irritable stances. Togetherness does not make any sense.

We can be totally SELIFISH and self-focussed.

Whatever we are we let it show out and we do whatever we think we can or wish to do with little thought to consequences and anyway there are no consequences if it is a purely personal matter.

Being kind is not required. Life has taken such a turn. Love and all that was really never there and now even the need to pretend is gone. We couple up or get together for our needs and when the need is over it is divorce. We are trully divorced from reality.

Social requirements, religious brainwashing had kept us in check. We were brought up with certain values and thoughts that gave us warped personalities and values to live upon. These all together has brought us today where we are. The digital world and the industrialised capitalist fabric of society today have brought all the chinks out in the glaring open sunlight out from the shadows.

Which is good.

We can now stop hiding from ourselves and take life by the horns. Actually we shall be made to recognize how limited our personas truly are. We will see that the values we have been stumbling over were not doing us any good. Perhaps the true and correct movement of evolution will now begin and we shall really grow up into a greater human race. I mean HUMAN by its values.

Our conditioning from childhood to project humans as kind, impartial and wise is quite at the base of it all. All the confusion that we start life with.

Why cant we tell our children the truth?

They tell us to speak the truth, that honesty is the best policy, that father, mother, brothers and sisters are there for us. Etc etc. Nobody tells us the truth that there are cunning and clever people too with their personal agendas. And parents, siblings are human and may not always act in our best interest - more so because there is always "sharing" involved and selfishness and greed is inbuilt in all of us.

All the nonsense that we believe and live upon and then realise after a long life of disappointment - the TRUTH.

- Death is fun and statistics to them.

You die then you are forgotten. Simple.

{width="4.0in" height="2.3979396325459317in"}

This is exactly it.

But humans are going exactly the other way.

The free play of mind and life is essential for the growth of consciousness: for mind and life are the soul's only instrumentation until a higher instrumentation develops; they must not be inhibited in their action or rendered rigid, unplastic and unprogressive.

- Sri Aurobindo

How we pack our lives with beliefs that suit our laziness and conveniently cut out effort -- PK

Nothing kills the "KILLING SPIRIT" like Security, Safety, Stuffed-belly and Satiety; turns warriors into sheep.

I wonder why our Governors don't think on these lines.

Everything they do is with some private agenda that eventually provokes the populace into protests and riots.

Our thought patterns give rise to our behavior patterns. Here I am not saying anything new so we should be in agreement. But what we may not agree to is the fact that we are not actually aware of our thought patterns. Here before I am asked to jump off a cliff for nonsensical writing I would like to take on my side the likes of Jung. Our thought patterns and vanity when they get together, we can obtain quite a mixture. Essentially have we ever examined our thought patterns? Think about these thought patterns and if they form part of your persona - - *People are so inconsiderate*. If this is at the back of your mind then the chances are that you come out as "intolerant" and rather punitive in your general attitude.

- *People don't use their minds*. If this pattern is running you then you would come off as supercilious. Always correcting and showing others the way or being very stand-office. Such people are always categorising and explaining things. Although we need to understand that they may only be thinking aloud.

- *If only people listened to me*. We are all going through the mill of life. We are all working thru the same emotional issues and practical problems. We forget easily that others maybe in deeper mess than we are. This attitude makes go "telling" the world at large how life is to be lived rather live it ourselves.

- *Speaking of me*. I am the person to focus upon. Speak about me and understand my concerns and what all I am going thru. This attitude makes one to change subjects and make the topic focus on oneself; a sure method of being disliked or at least distanced for really no conversation or exchange is possible.

- *Seeing oneself as kind and helpful*. This pattern gives us wings. We feel the urge to explain everything to everybody and we would so like to take over their lives. It shows off as a bad habit when instead of listening and showing our appreciation we reply with comments like "labeling everything I was saying like "That is good" "That is wonderful for you" "This is how the world sometimes works" indicating clearly that compared to what you have gone thru all these minor stories are nothing.

- *I come first and my needs have priority*. Of course. That also gives you the right to play truant. This is the first step towards a "cheating" attitude. We don't see the garbage we are throwing around both in terms of material and thought patterns materializing as actions.

These are the clear patterns we all see but then are minor thought patterns that give quite a color to our lives. Like..what we constitute as "respect" and the respect due to us...what we consider as kindness and how we should be showing it....how we label "generosity" into certain activities...what we see as "love" etc.

Every culture, country and community has different values given to each and therein starts the fun. Specially on the internet platforms.

Nancy Kohn Raven

I read that Judy Garland., Every time she sang, she gave away a part of herself. I wonder if that's the way for writers also. With each word you send a part of yourself off into infinity never to reclaim. Maybe that's why we slowly die to our craft. The human part dissolves. What is left for the heart then? Just an empty cage; door opened but the Bird of Freedom has flown.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

I write, paint, love being a father.....but I am not really there whole. I am in bits and pieces where my hand has touched, my word has travelled and my eyes have met.

On this planet earth it is the borders that are illegal. Mother earth knows no borders. It is their right to steal all that we have built up. Might is right. This has been the way always.

From what I can see, Being Spiritual for the modern mindset is actually becoming "HUMAN" again; something they have forgotten in this industrial rat race.

You know if you look from the very far end, as we in the EAST see the West....There is superciliousness in the air. It gets worse when the media focuses too much on a single person which it tends to do out of proportion to the individual worth of that person.

And the worst is that the world is listening.

Another aspect is that we need to wonder why we are/would be interested in people who we do not know, will never know, who have no effect on our lives whatsoever and we get all hyped up. It seems like a simple exercise of comparing and justifying to ourselves how much better as a person we are compared to the world at large.

It is not the stupidity of one celebrity (so called) at question here but ours.

Our prides have isolated us. We do not share anymore. Nothing. We are afraid to be seen as fools so we do not share our thoughts. We are afraid that credit would go to others so we do not share developments. We are afraid to lose control so we do not share the narrative. We are afraid to lose things so we do not share our coats. We are afraid to be judged so we do not take action and worst of all we don't share our food because we are afraid that others will know what muck we are eating or we want it all to ourselves.

We are sick. We are sick in psyche which is percolating into our cells and now our whole life is getting pervaded.

- We humans prefer to look at life as Incidents. Everything is seen as separate; "each" separate and unique. The connectivity is missed, the wholesomeness of Creation is not seen - sometimes I wonder if this is because we do not want to see as it would make us uncomfortable.. Generalizations are not wholly true, agree but they show our way to understand and see the connectivity.

The Search for safety and security ends in killing the Spirit's Childish exuberance.

Best answers are SIMPLE; will always also involve some "LETTING GO".

Instead of Palliatives look for the Source Code; truth is not that obvious.

The other day I was with some young ones. I was trying to give them the picture of financial manipulations of the stupendous kind that manages the world really thru the Bankers that control where the money play will happen and how. How they make wars happen and how they allow countries to reconstruct and then shift attention elsewhere to repeat all the while multiplying money in the process and the misery they cause. I was talking to them of studying the flow of money in the last 250 years but one young man kept on asking "when did the incident happen?". He insisted that money matters shift due to economic conditions and the play is incidental. He was seeing things as incidents.

Then it struck that we all see life in incidences. We rarely see the continuity, the commonness and the repetitive nature of life.

If I would I could easily trace my writing this paragraph to some activity of Elizabeth I or Even Akbar in India. But we miss the point because we solve our situations piecemeal. We not only miss the connections to the past but also to the future.

No wonder nothing lasts nor any of our problems have ever improved one bit in the last 3000 years.

Donald Freeman to Pradeep

It is unfortunate that you see humankind only going downhill it's all propaganda and we are doomed. What a sad way to see the world that nothing will ever come to good because we are so brainwashed.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari to Donald Freeman

See, you don't want to see. This is my point: It is not going downhill at all. It is as it has been always. The question is "are we interested in going uphill or not?"

.........

This came as reply to my post:

I realize how deeply humans have trained themselves to be optimists. It is seen as a great virtue. There is a big advantage here. This way we have a universally accepted norm of NOT looking at the dirt around our feet. We don't have to then pay attention to our shortcomings. We can pretend that nothing but great moments are waiting for us. All is well. All will be well. And all can only be well. As to the pain and tragedies that we suffer every day, we put up a great show of being above it all. We have found many remedies to hide away from our sadder moments. The whole depressing side of life is now curtained away blithely: we have two wonderful products -- Drugs and digital entertainment. Living life away in bliss till one day it all ends on the pyre or in the coffin. For all the few aches and pains we have great hospitals to patch us up and we do end up completing our time one way or another unless we fall down the stairs while texting or lose an argument with a tree/pole driving drunk or some such totally rare "accident" like a ski accident or the kitchen catching fire or burning oneself up in bed with a cigarette butt and taking the whole house with it or flying the plane into known bad weather -- it is dumfounding that we do not see these as stupidities! Never and I mean literally never do we think that all these tragedies and sickness and deep sadness that we have learnt to live with could be reduced or eliminated by just being a little more sincere, basically honest, minimally more aware in our approach to conscientious living? Wouldn't that give lasting solutions that would bring overall contentment?

But this is exactly what we find too much of a job and the lazier method is so appealing! PS: I also think that people who bring this subject up are seen as rather pessimists and mad -- totally out of synch with reality.

All those who bring up depressing subjects must be having a bad sad life and should be seeing somebody instead of posting and disturbing others with their traumas and phobias. The ability to tackle anything is our biggest attribute. Yet it can become a great fault.

Allow me to relate a story from yesterday:

There is a young man from who we buy "Dosa"(south Indian pancake) as my daughter likes them. Yesterday we were in that area so we bought some. I told him that I would not take his coconut chutney but instead he should pack me some of the stuffing extra. He was surprised that would not take the chutney as this is normally what I ask for extra.

I told him that in this monsoon weather with water supply easily contaminated due to getting mixed up with the drainage system from flooding of rivers and city roads, it is best not to eat water based uncooked food. I asked him if he was using plain tap water or some filter apparatus.

He said he was using tap water and gave me a lecture:

Water is a gift from God. Don't be afraid of it. Nothing can wrong when you accept it as an offering from God.

I was not in the mood to argue with him that when God made water, there were no cities that dumped their sewage in to the rivers. And in the rainy season with the drains all clogged up we are spreading the muck right back into our houses.

How we pack our lives with beliefs that suit our laziness and conveniently cut out effort

I have learnt that the human condition is such that the mind just yet always goes for the most opposite route in life. Humans seem to be wired to take the most diametrically opposite stance than they should be taking in any situation.

We speak when it would be best to be silent and let things flow and unfurl themselves.

We act when we should wait and watch.

We remain silent and inactive when we should intervene and stop malefactors...... etc etc etc.

I give 2 instances how we promote erroneous thinking.

1) I invited family to lunch. My granddaughter asked me what is this? (her mother is nearby) I reply it is something that I have specially made. Try it. If you like it or not does not matter but I'll tell you later.

The mother immediately comes over. I whisper: Dont tell her!

The mother tells her and tells me: How will she know if I don't tell her.

The child never even tasted the dish.

Conclusion we are promoting predetermined conclusions instead of exploration.

2) There are a few grilled sandwiches on the plate. Some are a little over done. The child goes for an overdone one. The mother has to immediately intervene by saying "No you won't like that one. It is overdone. Take this one. This is ok."

What is she really finally teaching the child? -- or making sure that she remains a pet plaything of the mother and mentally a baby.

Sad to see this message. It is now remembered as a nice dramatic moment. It comes in handy to fool the people into thinking that all they need to do is go to church and pay for listening to a sermon.

Salvation is taken care of automatically.

No wonder even the 10 commandments still beg for attention, leave alone adoption.

Betty Borkholder

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari sorry but I do not agree with you! God is love n he died for all of us on the cross for all our sins. He arose from the dead n is alive today n is coming back to take all who believe in him to go with him to heaven . It tells all in the Holy Bible ( KJV)n its Gods word . God's word is truth n it tells of the end times we are going thru now in the book of revelation. It says nothing about going to church n only God can save you n nobody else. We will all go before God on judgment day! No one is exempt.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari to Betty Borkholder

What you believe is true for you. I have my way of seeing things.

It is rather idiotic this concept that that god is some kind of manager running a conglomerate on Earth. Everything, every leaf in the breeze is HIM manifest. A great universal Creative Consciousness is at work and running the evolution. Nobody is taking every incident piecemeal and controlling it to fit in with human morality. The human morality and intelligence is also part of this consciousness and is steeped in ignorance just yet and the evolution is ongoing. The concept of God itself is part of the Ignorance.

We are what he has made us and given us intelligence to rise to the occasion of improving ourselves.

We have conveniently put Him on the cross and continue with our stupidities.

Everything about Christianity is Man-made. The stories, explanations and the world they have painted.

All I can appreciate is the wonderful conglomerate they created and the mindless lazy crowd found it so comfortably convenient to follow. The Vatican has to be praised for this job.

- When silences start speaking to us even a pin drop is loud.

The point is humanity was never looking for happiness but APPRECIATION & ADMIRATION in some form or other.

In the Indian tantric tradition we believe that the human mind if not trained properly as an instrument, it can be manipulated by both obvious and not so obvious vibes. In the obvious forces are such as the right words as we often see in the use of Reverse Psychology and while charming somebody or wooing the opposite sex. In the not so obvious categories are universal forces, unrecognised by most of humanity because we don't see them. But there

are little and big beings at work and actually it is their world we live in. We human may pride ourselves in our individuality but we are quite literally playthings in the hand of these invisible Beings. Some are nearly God-like in stature and it is these Beings that create the necessary thought patterns to launch wars and tragedies.

I see more and more clearly the action of malefic forces using undisciplined, unafraid, unreasonable minds to do their mischief.

Until humanity learns this and accepts this, starts having children with responsibility and educate them well into "THINKING" with a trained REASON with a WILL that is in control of the thinking reasonable mind.........these incidences will continue to happen as we are not enforcing any discipline outwardly now nor do we understand the need of it.

These children (mentally) are not ready for the independence given to them as part of the democratic process. We have given them rights, we have given them ARROGANCE and worst of all we have taught them disobedience to the point of folly without any regard for others.

We adults are also to blame for the mess. We are lacking vision and our decisions are based on the "profit" of the moment which is never a good thing.

Of course guns and weaponry have to be regulated. The same can be said of alcohol and drugs. But these are actually being promoted with great fanfare. This speaks volumes for the wisdom of humans.

BUT so also should be this indiscriminate permission to have babies until we show signs of some basic maturity and show proof of putting our heart and soul into bringing them up with great love and care.

A little backtracking to the pastoral times will show that life was never a huge continuous string of doings and achievements. It was not given to most of us to be in the centre of things. It was quite boring, with little chance to change priorities or opportunities.

Who was the poet who said something like that we all live lives of quiet desperation.

I look at my life today. I thank my gurus, my stars and my destiny that I have nothing more sad than a boring day ahead of me. Nothing needs my attention. Nobody needs my presence. I have a wonderful comfortable roof over my head and meals appear from somewhere. The wardrobe (almirah) is full of clothes and if my inclination takes me I can travel as I have a car.

But I have also nothing to look forward to.

So nothing has really changed in the last 200 years except that when I look around and back I notice that industrialization has speeded up the desperation process, there are more large scale killings and devastation. Everybody is terribly unhappy.

Mother earth is a mess.

Here I am in Delhi. The air is in severe poisonous category.

The water is contaminated with detergent, pesticides, and ammonia. I am afraid to move and breathe.

Yes three things always make me wonder:

1) That humans don't see the wonder of Creation around in which they have been given an opportunity to live thru.

2) How humans think they are the doers and masters of their fate.

3) How they fail to correlate, identify or relate most of their miseries to their own lackadaisical attitude to life seeped in irresponsible self-centeredness.

They are so right so the rest of the world must be wrong. Worse: won't listen to them. Pk

People don't want help. They already have decided on the solution. They want you to do it for them. Don't forget about their rights and entitlements. pk

HOPE is just a chimera

Change can come only from a conscientious group effort for change based on the understanding that we be a little more sincere as a whole. Nowhere is this to be seen yet.

Until humans decide that this being cunning/clever is not really necessary....hope is just a chimera

The whole thinking pattern of governing today is "Control on the excuse of our safety". The idea or basic principle at work is to kill the "destiny, fate, chance, adventure" effect so that the human consciousness never gets a chance to grow out of its smug "I am well" strata.

If studied in depth, it is Satanic and so wonderfully being played out since the last 150 years. Even a people who remained unaffected for thousands of years from all the changes happening like the Hindus have been finally influenced although they are instinctively & without understanding fighting back in India.

What is happening today is a wonderful example of how certain "THOUGHTS" become predominant in the Earth's atmosphere and eventually become sore points that bring failure and misery into LIFE and practices in our living.

Let me give you a few examples from history:

Practices in warfare; There was a time when certain military maneuvers become accepted and are rigidly followed but then the other side come with a new thinking and crushes everything the opposition can throw at it. The Long Bow did that as did the tanks (these British are very innovative) and in India they realized that warfare had not evolved in centuries here and they adjusted their strategy to meet this and conquered India easily.

Now the same is happening with the word Vaccine. It proved successful and got accepted. Now under this label we go to fight this new world conditions that are widely different from what they were 100 years ago. But we are unable to think beyond the word vaccine. Until we have decimated and hurt ourselves to an extreme we shall not change our attitude - we are only delaying the inevitable.

PS: When I talk of things not being the same from 100 years ago, I refer to the amount of technical changes we live in, the health consequences of changed food contents and habits and living style.

I am also seeing now that humans live in too tiny capsules. Their immediate atomic needs are solely keeping them fully occupied. The digital toy of distraction that is now the smart phone with millions of things to watch and the tiny mind busy makes the 24 hours pass in a jiffy without ever having to really ponder, consider or investigate. In India we used to have this political slogan "clothes, house, food".

Truly these little beings scurrying along need no more nor think beyond it.

All our words are increasingly going into the blue.

All have aches and pains that are incurable because they simply never calm down. From their little mental fortresses that they have built around them they flutter hither and thither. They are influencers. They get things done in this land of apathy and irresponsibility. They are sad too because none come up to their expectations. They have decided which way the arrow will fly. They have reached the point of finality and wait for the world to rearrange itself to fit in with their view.

Then there are exhortations from pundits that they are essential god in their make and complete and there is nothing to look for. The focus now seems to be on the traumas and sad episodes and how the rest of the world should help them live it.

Nobody wants to live it up or die.

Whenever they are too sad, they order a pizza and wait for another day or take some drugs.

Deeply ingrained in human nature is this need to advertise ourselves, to be noticed and to be cuddled.

In my short life of 50 years in Delhi where the winters are as extreme as the summers I have consistently noticed one thing, specially with women - they will expressly not keep themselves warm as the chill approaches. They will go about moaning and taking even antibiotics but not wear warm clothes that they have trunk-fulls of. Poor men try to save them by asking them to wear their woolens only to get glaring "stare-me-downs".

We go to long lengths to attract attention by 1) being & behaving in a way we "think" we shall be appreciated 2) By letting ourselves be sick or when sick dramatise the fact & 3) playing the "save me" card.

- The passage below By Jaila White should be given an attentive read. It brings out succinctly a phenomenon very commonplace in our human social structures.

This pertains to the trauma that the youngest ones have to undergo in large families with many elder brother and sisters; specially when the elder brothers or sisters get into the role of bringing up the younger ones when parents are not available although around. There is always some bullying in these stories making the younger ones bitter as they are always imposed upon forced to give up their share of many things as the elders always come first in the family hierarchy. On growing up these younger siblings always have relation issues. They are afraid to open their hearts out and see in every friendly gesture shades of possible defrauding possibility -- it may be financially or emotionally and this makes them a little cold and ruthless; characteristics that make them successful in the world. But it also makes rather desirous of escaping by doing themselves proud in the world and end up doing well. They may avoid deeper commitments but they are basically very generous and kind as long as they feel safe.

It is a funny thing that my life is terribly influenced by such people. I have had to live closely with at least 7 people that clearly fall in this category; and all very close relationships at that. They have shaped me into the cynical beggar that I am.

A perspective on trauma from Jamila White:

The inability to receive support from others is a trauma response.

Your "I don't need anyone, I'll just do it all myself" conditioning is a survival tactic. And you needed it to shield your heart from abuse, neglect, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you.

You learned along the way that you just couldn't really trust people. Or that you could trust people, but only up to a certain point.

Extreme-independence IS A TRUST ISSUE.

You learnt: if I don't put myself in a situation where I rely on someone, I won't have to be disappointed when they don't show up for me, or when they drop the ball... because they will ALWAYS drop the ball EVENTUALLY right?

You may even have been intentionally taught this protection strategy by generations of hurt ancestors who came before you.

Extreme-independence is a preemptive strike against heartbreak.

So, you don't trust anyone.

And you don't trust yourself, either, to choose people.

To trust is to hope, to trust is to be vulnerable.

A lie lives on because the human knows that whatever the outcome he will not be "OFFed off with his head" and rarely can the listener "PROVE" anything to the contrary. Even if CAUGHT in his lie the liar will explain and talk his way out of predicament by lying some more. Sometimes the lie is caught immediately bu then the liar simply shrugs his shoulder and goes home - what can you really do to the liar without attracting punishment to yourself?

Then people all around are always ready to believe the worst in any case so THE LIE has a lot of fertile ground to sprout and form into a well-regarded tree.

Eventually the Truth will always out. But the lie would have done its harm and job and could really not care

Today human minds are hacked and they sell not only our fashions and our tastes but also our passions and our faiths. Their biggest impacts are on defenseless kids and teenagers. They watch TV and play videogames full of commercials. Everywhere big corporations are selling their products in most attractive and tantalizing wrappers. Kids crave these things and parents particularly with secured income sources purchase them without thinking twice and people of lower financial statuses are following suit. That is how big corporations are draining them of their rare resources and leaving them all the poorer.

PK:

You have described the moment very well.

But we need to go further into the subject.

1) The world will be what it is. Cheats and charlatans have always existed. In Indian tradition we have a whole community called "thugs".

2) The problem starts with the laziness and carelessness of parents who have money for their kids but time, no advice, no guidance. Frankly I have always felt that most parents weren't even ready to have kids. It just happened and they are now forced to live with it.

Rather they pride in showing off how much they can afford. The immediate society around them sees the expensive products that the kids carry everywhere and the parents think they are making an impression.

3) My daughter wanted to eat food by ordering from Tacko Bell. I said yes because I was also tired of eating the same parathas every day BUT I told her that I will not order - she is welcome to make them at home.

Then I explained to her the value of food made by loving hands compared to those made my machines. The machine-made food is literally dead food and cannot give us health. It is purely for taste. Even the ingredients are highly denatured.

Now tell me how many parents take the time or even understand?

The human universe is too agitated to grasp this info of calmness and it being medicine.

Some people who are close to my heart that I can feel them.

They are sick from the turbulence.

But never in a thousand years will the thought come to them to reach for calmness, to stop a while and withdraw to see the forest better and the path in front.

They cannot be reached by words and that is all I have to give them from this distance that they assiduously keep.

On a personal level I have said this before and I repeat it for clarity's sake:

Death is a surety. So fighting against it is in the present moment of human consciousness a futile exercise.

The way this pandemic is being managed is not exactly "WISE" but as all things small minds do rather trying to impress the idiot class that much is being done for them.

Not letting me die from the virus is definitely an imagination catching idea. But the way they are ruining the people it is worse than death.

Medical knowledge available in this world till date is not being used at all. It is more apparent in its misuse.

For example Homeopathy could have saved us all in the same percentile level at a fraction of the cost and without the pain humanity is being made to bear. (In India many opted for it and did ok). But then there is also the occult fact that this humanity as it is merits the beating it is getting

You cannot blame them. That is all their minds are capable of working out.

We are too clever for our own good. The government machinery is also made of people from amongst us. And they are protected by legal statutes and military. They are the most corrupt. There is no real sense of responsibility. Our "today" is based much on the past. There are so many things done wrong that today cannot be undone. As you say " By Force" - this is the truth. People have become habitual complainers. But when it comes to doing something about it nobody wants to take responsibility. We are drowning in luxuries and living privileged lives. Our expectations are on a very irrational high. Mother Nature is teaching us a good lesson.

Do you feel that people have a right to determine what they do with their bodies? Take pills or not, take a vaccine or not?

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

This is a very complicated question.

Not giving the liberty to choose to aware people who are trying to improve upon the knowledge base and involved in research and progress can downright be dangerous to a group/country.

Giving rights of determination as a matter of Legal Right to people who are neither aware nor interested in social justice as a whole can be very destructive.

My personal belief is that we should let everyone determine their actions and then let them bear the consequences.

The thought patterns of today of "saving lives" and using it as legal excuse to impose medical and personal curtailments is playing with destinies and I do not agree to it.

As far as spiritual journeys go, each person should be allowed to make a mess of his life but only as long as he does not mess up the life of others.

For example cancer; if somebody does not want to be treated, it should be his choice.

Like in this pandemic if somebody does not want to be vaccinated and the present level of Administrative intelligence thinks it is necessary then we should give them a choice - either they accept the vaccination or they be put in special camps where they can ruin their lives out away from the rest of the crowd.

One size fits all decisions can rarely be good.

"I am like this".....it is not a justification for anything.

It is cowardly irresponsibility couched in vane humility

yes.

Very few are really interested in truth; they are more interested in mere comfort. They talk of growth and greater things; what they think is greater and will impress their group about them but it is all talk if at all and a pretense. And this is also the reason why most are satisfied with a few things like a roof, sofa, smartphone, TV and a car. They desire and think of more but do nothing - too lazy as they really don't need it.

We arrive only where we want to go. The question is what are you living for and ready to die for?

There are three weaknesses that make this system of haves and have-nots possible.

1) Fate, Destiny and the cards we have been dealt.

2) Greed, prejudice and vanity as the basic character of humanity.

3) Laziness, inertia and excuse giving.

There is a huge swathe of people who are intellectually and consciousness wise at the semi animalistic level. They invest their strength and income in "children" without realising that they are this way only perpetuating misery because the children are not educated or fed well enough to take advantage of life. They end up being the parasites + victims too.

They actually become fodder for the desires, wishes and enrichment of others who use their minds to live.

For getting out of this misery It all boils down to mind-control by the self and knowing how to influence the thinking patterns of others.

Most people are happy to sell their minds to others for a few crumbs. Even people who have achieved some level of success can be seen at another level to be content to sell and put their lives into the hands of others without second thought. For example: How easily we leave our health in the care of today's money making Pharma and medical care system. How easily we are tempted by the idea of making "an IMPRESSION" by buying bigger TVs and SUVs, new hairdo and dress and when we think only a good employ is the only goal for a reasonable life.

In a nutshell, we arrive only where we want to go. The question is what are you living for and ready to die for?

David J. Cain

My grandparents on my father's side were poor farmers who also worked extremely hard to get by. My father and my mother brought this work ethic to me. It is the main reason I have succeeded in life. Research shows that "grit" is the best predictor of success- not talent or privilege.

The "thought came to me just now that people are not learning anymore. There is no need. Earlier we used to pride ourselves in our "learning and proficiencies but today with the digital world and Artificial Intelligence to help us we can manage very well in virtually every sphere of life.

Take for example teaching: Why learn? Google does everything for you. It has lessons and answers and already thought-out conclusions.

You don't have to remember anything like spellings and grammar rules. Facts and figures.

Take for example Selling: The salesman is armed with websites, interactive programs. His job is to get to the buyer somehow. His ability to charm the buyer is not needed.

Even in restaurants you are required to order thru their app. Everything happens thru apps.

The intermediary human is shunted out. There is no incentive to learn or acquire any expertise.

Students for example are seeing all this around them and are quite happy with their half-baked education.

For the average Joe, it simply does not matter!!!

We are playing "Catch the Shadow" with our selves. Like icebergs we hide more than we care to admit and show above the surface. How much is hidden away and what we permit others to see - the quest for the answer to this query can lead us to great learning about us and the world we are in.

Therapy can only reach the mind and some of its intricate mechanism. Thought patterns instilled in from conceptions as conditioning can thru effort be changed somewhat. But once the ego or one's pride get involved the scene becomes murky.

Habits that have been ingrained are not easy to remove but can be influenced to change a little by battering them with logic and counter suggestions if the mind can be made to "listen".

The subconscious is the earth's patterns in us coming from way back, often from many generations back. I do not think ever really touch the subconscious thru these therapies. It would be wrong to call it the subconscious : it is more like "at the back of my mind".

Therapies are too superficial. Very like the symptomatic relief provided by medication.

Will this post change anything? No

Then why I am writing it? Because, because because, perhaps, perhaps, perhaps....it might help to crack up a bit the stagnant status quo that we all promote and live in despite a new day being thrown at our feet every 24 hours.

. . . . . . . . .

The mantra of humanity is "STAY PUT".

Cynicism reflects the wisdom of somebody questioning the established acceptance of certain thought patterns. This questioning is necessary for the mind, earth consciousness to evolve.

It shows a certain optimism in attitude which is commendable and should be commended. But humans tend to get frightened by change and resist and dislike all talk of thinking of and action when "change" is the focus.

Cynical people are therefore not really in great demand.

But a lot of people get discouraged by it all and this can be depressive and blocks all progress as the thoughts are not allowed to spread. This is the negative aspect.

The mind tends to dig in. Hard. Very hard. It will resist to its last breadth and respond with violence. So be careful. This would be the nice part.

It can also go to the extent of maligning, lies and using its intellectual amiabilities to destroy those not following the crowd. A death worse than dying.

I see the impermanence of every day. The companions who come and go. Friends who cannot stay. Life is a chimera. All effort dissolves with the sun and I have to start again with the morning sun again. And so it goes on and on. I know the world is flat and one of these days my ship will fall over the edge like all ships do.

Our great need to let it all out in words/pictures/monuments and other creative means. Words that mean nothing to nobody; all sailing separately. Pradeep PK Maheshwari.

Here is the bland truth. I am sort of dependent as I do not know how to earn. Life, things money seems to come into my life on an accord of their own which I have no control over. Anytime I try to earn money I end up in some great shit of a soup. So I have started not even trying.

Spiritually I am afraid of money and women. They both have brought me nothing but pain. I would like to have them around but the price asked for their stay is too high.

So I am really hiding away. My wife gives me a roof, daily necessities although she does make me feel that I am only the resident driver for her but that is ok; I can take it. She does not acknowledge it but she does know at heart that she will never get the better of me and this is so frustrating for her.

Why crackers are being targeted for pollution.???? Look at it from another angle.

Humans go for the APPARENT.

The cracker is not enjoyed by all + it makes you sneeze, choke and burn the eyes. There is immediate revulsion.

This shows in our judgments.

The car smoke is more pervasive but not so concentrated.

The factories chimneys are far away so not on our radar. The Airplane is not even visible so pardoned and not taken into account.

Humans busy with symbols.

Showing what they want us to think they are within without being any of it.

The Hindu with his swatika. The Muslim with his crescent moon The Christian with his cross.

And so on and so forth. Every single one of us with signages everywhere to show how we are to be seen.

But little effort going into becoming any of it.

We have to treat the people. The disease is best cured by the body itself. The body knows but the ingredients of atmosphere around it and the food has to be supplied by the human person.

And that is where things go wrong because of the: 1) Prejudices, 2) Pre-conceived notions, 3) Preferences and 4) Desires.

We tend to pay more attention to our inclinations rather than the needs of the body and that is where the problems begin. The body envelop is taken for granted.

A huge error just because it can take a lot of abuse and always manages to fall on its feet mostly.

In the whole of last year I have found that no one wants to listen. Even the most brilliant minds in my 50 years+ friendships there is no agreement. They all are so afraid and convinced that without the vaccine they will die; I have given up.

The simple notion that the vaccine may be attacking the immune system and the immune system in most people is naturally good is not acceptable. But then it is also true that most people with their new found life-style and diet have very highly compromised immune systems.

Leave alone this vaccine subject no one is prepared to even listen on the simple subject of fasting/eating less and less often, avoiding/minimizing factory processed foods, cut down on sugar and caffeine drinks, going natural with fruits and veggies, ensuring good ventilation, avoiding being always engaged with the phone/TV/computer and people etc etc

No I think that occultly the karmic forces are at work and humanity has to go through this era of stupidity and we should let them. This seems to be their destiny for now.

I Admit living and being alone can be a bit too much. Knowing that the dishes will be washed and the house cleaned up is such a comfort.

Read this passage somewhere on the internet. It makes so much sense in today's world. I wish I could know the author....."What Orwell feared were those who would ban books. What Huxley feared was that there would be no reason to ban a book, for there would be no-one who wanted to read one. Orwell feared those who would deprive us of information. Huxley feared those who would give us so much that we would be reduced to passivity and egoism. Orwell feared that the truth would be concealed from us. Huxley feared the truth would be drowned in a sea of irrelevance. Orwell feared we would become a captive culture. Huxley feared we would become a trivial culture, preoccupied with some equivalent of the feelies, the orgy porgy, and the centrifugal bumblepuppy. As Huxley remarked in Brave New World Revisited, the civil libertarians and rationalists who are ever on the alert to oppose tyranny "failed to take into account man's almost infinite appetite for distractions." In 1984, Huxley added, people are controlled by inflicting pain. In Brave New World, they are controlled by inflicting pleasure."

Yes. The things we are not ready to accept so often are the source of great misery.

Civilisation's biggest mistake was the "THOUGHT" that other species are stupid or devoid of intelligence (including the human race that lived at the jungle level in great joy and wisdom).

The need to teach them about god and steal their gold started a destruction that refuses to stop.

A lovely scene. So wish for this life that has gone.

Only last evening this thought was making the rounds in my head that today it is no more our creativity and personal talents that make things happen. Everything happens thru MONEY. Everything.

Everything is purchased and purchasable. Even Life and Regard is seen, received and given on money terms

The choice is great as we can buy thru internet from any corner of the globe.

For example few would be able to even sharpen their pencil with just a blade or knife; they would need a modern sharpener which of course has to be bought.

Modern intelligence backed by the Hitlerian Powers that spread & established itself in America/Uk after WW2. We may erroneously think that it all died with Hitler but "no" the Demons only spread going piggy back with the winners. Now the winners have legally usurped the government and are harsher than the guns and poisons of Hitler were.

These powers have gifted the humans one product after another that has alienated humans from their Spirit connection. Murder, Mayhem and Cruelty is becoming uncontrolled; there is no fear of the harshness of laws and goes unpunished for a long time under the guise of "law will take its course".

The mind feels it can control anything now. Only the Pleasure Quotient remains. Arrogance has taken over thinking.

Even average people are now showing a harsh side that is quite unbelievable.

We are totally in the clutches of what the mediaevalist would call SATAN

The sense of desolation is ALREADY PERVADING THE EARTH.

This world's conscious frame of mind has not changed an iota since time began.

Anything that is not like "What we are" is not good.

I remember a short story where a man lands in a tribe where all were blind. The tribe would let him remain with them only if he became blind by their village standards!

Modern society is no different. Try to stay in a group where everyone is drinking while you are a teetotaler. - You cannot.

People are so overwhelmed by news and more news/videos/information from all sides that they have crawled into themselves even more than the village idiot.

The smart phone has all their attention and is the center of their lives.

Nobody is reading as self-improvement or a sense of making more out of this life is no longer a wish.

It is assumed that we are already there. In India an apple phone, a Landrover SUV, living in a 4 bedroom apartment in an exclusive condominium is the life to aim for.

Where is the time to read and achieve contentment? Anything you read on this subject asks you to REDUCE, MINIMISE, WITHDRAW etc - quite the opposite of what the media is bombarding you with and corporate life/politics showing it as the THE THING to aim for. And those who do reach this level become even more enclosed and unreachable.

You are judged by your FB profile anyway. You really don't expect people to read you and retain what they read if at all.

Corollary: This kind of life style needs cheating to arrive and "I am too busy".

"What is fun?" is all in the mind.

When we were not aware of other sensations this was enough.

Then came the marketing men and started promoting more sensual pleasures to the point today that we have been reduced to animalistic levels and sensually inert.

Gathering Energy

A great lot depends on how and from what source we gather our energies. Even greater a lot depends on how and where we spend it. We disperse a great amount of our energies by simply being in the wrong place at the right time and initiate exchange of energies, mostly for the worse. The very basic source and elemental manner to absorb energy is with food. Food feeds the body and goes normally to feed the tissues, muscles bones and depends on the LIFE energy in you to properly feed on. People falter at this juncture of using, absorbing and storing of LIFE Energy. It may also be called by many as psychic energy. We work in groups with agendas, personal animosities and are without doubt made to spend all our attention and energies to get some results for the group; at the personal level it is doing us no good except that there is a pay-cheque at the end. Similarly this is what happens in families and we all accept it as families can be supportive and that is the only place of solace many of us know. In this scenario a whole life may be spent out without ever realizing where we are and what we are doing where all this pain and illnesses are coming from. Because one thing is certain few humans are giving out positive energy and like a deathly virus they are contaminating all around them with negative soul-eating energies that in the end manifests as some bodily aberration and discomfort.

Ask why people go to bars? I would say that most that go there are fatigued or depressed and need a raise of spirits (virtually and literally). Compared to this see the people playing golf -- they are benefiting from the open natural energies, communicating with the tress and the only blot on the landscape would be the people they are with.

It is important to understand the exchange of energies that take place in every meeting or activity. Mostly we give away more than we get and that leaves us diminished in stature. What gives us the best energies to grow upon? -- Plants as companions and food, gardens and forests + People with positive auras that are always generous, open, prepared to share and have few agendas except to see happy people around them.

Realise how ego-driven people get irritated at the lightest semblance of being contradicted or not being taken seriously. They have a great fear of being disenfranchised by some means or other by losing their money or position or something even petty like being taken for granted. These people are the worst and should actually be

(Photo by Kathy Glover) shunned if possible or neutralized away. Don't worry that you may lose out in some way -- understand that your selfishness got them in in the first place. When these people are discarded, the vacuum created will fill up by new energies but you will have to be careful what you are allowing to enter your atmosphere.

PS: One broad rule is that whatever comes from heart-less killing and that drives to heartlessness or killing cannot be intrinsically good and never carry positive vibes.

- We have paved our way into an irresponsible life with great excuses, rationales and helplessness. pk

What I have to say is not for weak spirits or soft hearts.

Do you feel that if you show an attitude of Kindness and Compassionate Behaviour the Cruelty will stop?

Remember the cruel element is foraging for food it can devour. It is this stupid thinking of "Being Kind" that is their main dish.

Why? Because the kindness is NOT established in our hearts as a "BEING" -- as an entity; in the present moment and condition it is a THOUGHT" based on certain protocols that we have established in our minds as being kind and unkind. The actions that sprout out of this thinking are also protocol behavior which do not really stem from the core of our being. This makes them a charade to enjoy for the moment; nothing else. Nobody is fooled; least of all our selves but we all as a group and civilization maintain a common smiling front which is a totally dishonest image like on the silver screen.

Is it surprising then, at the core, the world is not changing and every weakness of human nature is exploited ever more. The devil has no kindness. It has a single voracious character. It feeds on weakness and grows. You cannot influence it by small gestures and good wishes because its responses are as temporary as your behavior pattern.

The human persona is 99% subconscious which is a doorway to many entities and forces that have had opportunities to be established and use us as instruments. That is where the change is required. We should become "KINDNESS" so that the other forces cannot find a doorway to enter our consciousness and influence our behavior. Certain actions, Activities, Feelings and Responses should become impossible thru our persona.

How will you know where you are in your personal spiritual emancipation? The world will throw you in some cauldron and then you can see for yourself the responses that come out forth from you.

Do you think your prayers will reduce the sugar in the sweet?

Do you think that your "yagnas" will change the position of the planets and thereby change the outcome of your actions?

You think that there is someone up there listening but he is the one that has created it all and put you where you are! If you ascribe the events to the planets then if they change for you won't they also change for others? So how does it change anything?

So where is the answer?

The serious, real answer is in your nucleus. You harbour the entire gamut of vibes of the Universe in you. If you can change that and "this" is within your power you can influence the world around you. Now just imagine of all the monks in this pic did just that instead.

Trying to change others and the world is so futile and so desperately narrow-minded; it only makes matters worse by unleashing clashing vibes.

We were taught to give equal importance to the smallest pin. That loving of what we have enhances their life be it animate or inanimate. The things I use I am deeply in love with. It hurts when they are used/misused by others without the care I give them. I feel great grief on losing although my training of detachment helps me out of it.

Today's Humans have promoted and spread carelessness, worthlessness and selfishness. Not good.

Tell me now that we consider ourselves educated, in a position to spread information in seconds can we really claim that we have no opportunity to rise above our "ignorance" status? Yet has humanity shown any bend towards a more holistic living and attitude? Why are we ready to go to war for others to kill others who have nothing against us or "we" against them? Why do we eat bread that is made with grains with pesticides grown in denatured earth and then cooked in such a way that whatever little goodness there was is also removed. In the process chemicals are added to make it tastier, last longer on store-shelves and make you sick due to lack of nourishment.

It would really be a good idea to check on the process of bread being made today. <https://naturallysavvy.com/eat/scary-ingredients-used-in-bread-manufacturing/>

Why do we talk of climate warming up and say the cars and vehicles are to blame but buy more cars and want them bigger and faster, fly faster and ship goods all over the globe.

I mean why can't we be happy with local stuff? Just imagine a New Yorker eating biscuits made in China? What is wrong with healthy biscuits from organic sources made in New York itself? How biscuits can made so far away, packaged at a cost and then adding cost of shipping + distribution can be so cheap? This is possible only if we are being served muck plain and simple.

Answers to simply the above three questions would show how far we have gone in our fallacious living and thinking. I say rather emphatically that we are not thinking if you can call our mental processes as thinking and not interested either.

Just look at this note from a doctor: "It's not an "infection".

"Infection" is the fantasy of the germ myth.

"Infection" indicates that the bacteria and waste at the site of the inflammation are there with a nefarious purpose. It is this wrong thinking which allows doctors, vets, and even natural medicine practitioners to prescribe dangerous antibiotics, antibacterials, antifungals and antivirals over and over again in a futile battle to "kill the germs".

It is also this way of thinking which allows us to think that "natural" products taken topically or internally, like honey, colloidal silver, garlic, oregano oil, sulfurs, etc. are safe and effective "treatments" for something which requires no treatment at all.

In fact, not only do the symptoms we think are "infection" require no treatment, stopping those symptoms actually causes harm.

Germs never cause disease.

Germs are created by the body or existing in nature to serve a specific purpose.

Bacteria, yeasts, fungus and parasites are nature's garbage men.

They come along when there is a pile of waste and they devour the waste and assist the body in cleaning up, making it easier for the body to eliminate it.

They take larger elements and break them into smaller elements so that each piece may be either reused or discarded by the body.

They are NOT the enemy. Killing them with antibiotics, antibacterials, antivirals, antifungals, both chemical and plant based/natural, not only adds more burden to the body to eliminate, but it also kills the clean-up crew that was there helping the body out.

I used to say using antibiotics at all is like shooting the messenger, but really it is worse than that. It's like having a 20 car pile up on the freeway and then shooting every tow truck driver that comes to move the vehicles. It gets us nowhere and now we have giant tow trucks blocking the road, too!

The body eliminates waste through primary and secondary channels. Kidneys and bowels are the first line of elimination. Secondary channels are the skin, lungs, ears, mucus membranes in the eyes, mouth and nose.

When the bowels are congested from years of wrong food ingested, then the body is no longer able to use this elimination channel. If we start seeing waste elimination through the skin we know that our system is backed up with waste and our kidneys and bowels are in need of attention.

Some signs of elimination through the skin are acne, fungus, yeast, rashes, slow wound healing, wounds with discharge, or dry and irritated skin, etc.

These symptoms which we have been trained to call "Infection" are all an indication that the body is trying to dump the waste and clean itself out.

So, when we see these types of "infection" symptoms, whether they are bacterial, fungal or yeast, the only thing we need to do is support the body by allowing the body to direct more energy to healing and less energy to digestion.

This means simply, we must address our diet. We must eliminate that which causes mucus and waste to build in the body and drains our energy with long and difficult digestion. That is your wheat, meat, dairy, eggs, refined foods, cooked foods and fake foods.

And, we must supply plenty of high-water content, alkalizing foods to hydrate the lymphatic waste and mucus and make it easier for the body to remove from the system. This means lots of fruits, savory fruits (cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.) and tender greens. We must consume them in their raw, unadulterated state and we must ensure that the body has plenty of fiber to sweep the walls of the bowels clean to reopen that elimination channel.

Once the body is properly hydrated through raw water-rich foods (not drinking water) then and only then is it safe to incorporate some fasting to speed up healing. But fasting for extended periods (3+ days) without first correcting the diet is dangerous. The body requires hydration and alkaline minerals to dilute the acids in the system. If we fast without first properly hydrating the body all of the waste will be very slow moving and the dry stagnant lymph will fester causing damage to the cells. A well hydrated lymphatic system will allow the wastes to flow easily out through the primary and secondary elimination channels.

So, let us erase this myth of "infection" from the world and begin to help each other understand how to care for our bodies and listen to our bodies to heal (not suppress symptoms with drugs or natural remedies.)" ~Lauren Whiteman

"The word "infection" is simply an accumulation of sewage in the body, blamed on the bacterium that is only trying to help you break this sewage down. This is how stupid man has become.

Because of this stupidity, we have suppressed and toxified the body with pharmaceuticals. The side effects of pharmaceutical drugs are usually far worse than the original problem, not the least of which is breaking down your liver and kidney function.

The use of antibiotics has killed thousands and damaged millions of people. Antibiotics break down the body's immune / lymphatic system to the point where it becomes so weak that man's genetics have gotten to the chronic and degenerative levels! Man is in such serious trouble in his health issues that no treatment-based system can even touch the problem. One must learn the truth and how one regenerates their body (cells)." ~Robert Morse, ND.

Rather providentially yesterday, I opened the RT channel on TV and the same discussion was on. On how the 500 billion industry based in USA is ripping the world. It has the CDC, FDA and the WHO all speaking for it. It has systematically suppressed natural healing processes that were in vogue and instituted bans on many natural practices that were in use since the beginning of time.

If you see parallels it is exactly the same thinking as in religion they used PAGAN vs Christianity... to subvert local traditional voices. The action of the Spirit in our lives, the emotional waves that submerge us all these have been totally removed from the scene. It is now the Physical body and the solutions too are all "material". Things like destiny, spiritual goals and personal choices have all flown out of the window.

Just imagine medicine being forced upon us by legal government mandate?!!!

Now the people traditionally trust their doctors and chemists and others. The new way of centrally controlled, by protocol medicine is different in its approach. Medicine now is a commodity. The food industry is in cahoots. Most of the processes and elements in use to grow more food and processes for long standing use utilise silent killers that are making people sick. They know about it. Industrially they are making money out of products because the public trusts and is also lazy to educate itself + it does get short term relief and that is good enough for it.

There is a scientifically monitored media campaign to brainwash and it has worked wonderfully.

The doctors themselves are so radically brainwashed that they see nothing else in life than what they have been institutionally taught. How is it possible that these highly educated minds simply do not see the power of ginseng or the harm of too much light or the harm of chemicals in your daily bread?

Nobody wants to see beyond their noses and this is exactly what they are counting on. It is astounding to me at least how in 3 generations the entire body of local lore and grand-mother's medicine went out of the heads of people. Even the simple understanding of the circadian rhythm and going with the sun and seasons has been lost.

So now we have the classical situation of the perpetrator being called in as the saviour. He is making like his toast is buttered on both sides.

As an aside, why is the chemist calling me? The psychology of it needs to be studied. Is he more worried about his sale or my health? Sickness itself is a big prompt. Do people forget to take their medicines? Why is it important to the chemist and doctor to worry about the patient? Why doctors receive cuts from the patho labs and the medico industrial combine. Why are hospitals charging you an arm and a leg to treat you forcing you to go for insurance which fills up the pockets of the bankers?

If you look into it deeply you see that it is now a money making combine. The philosophy of care is just a chimera.

As for education of the public, the sad part is that it is not interested; totally not interested. They are pigmies mentally and psychologically. They are hungry they wail. Similarly they are hurt or in pain they wail. The machinery then sets in and all is well and back to normal.

The serious question is: IS IT? The hospital bills, the bad food the mandates are ruining people inside out. But the acceptance of the populace is so blind and childish that it is beyond words.

The lives of people are so full. They are forever existing in a turmoiled atmosphere of having 101 things to do which never seem to get done or if done they are done improperly and requiring more time and revisions. It is a mess in the spiritual vibes around them giving them fatigue and sickness. People are living outside their bodies so to speak. Their thoughts are never there where they are. The body is uncomfortable where it is - it wants to be elsewhere but no one is listening. The feelings are mostly of fatigue or grief. There is very little that is joyful. The joyfulness that comes from being silent, quiet, alone; the joy that comes from a pause, the hiatus from the agitation that we have brought upon ourselves.

And those like us who talk of other things are not really welcome even avoided.

We want huge and huger cars but talk of Climate warming and CO2. Philanderers is all we humans are. We don't mean it.

I mean if the governments are serious about cars and their gasoline engines, why are they allowing these huge vehicles simply to go shopping? My focus is that for city commute we don't need cars above 12-1500cc. The lack of power would also reduce speeding and accidents. On this subject not even a pip. They are diverting attention by focusing on electric vehicles which is most impractical as far climate is concerned. (It would only take the smoke elsewhere). Then there is the possibility that the grid would collapse under the need of electricity requirement to charge the cars additionally of the Air conditioners.

Over afraid and over medicated - this is what the populace is today.

People consuming cheap quality strong alcohol on a regular basis and eating processed foods will never have a good enough immunity + drugs of any kind ( even the prescribed ones).

They have put themselves on an eternal program that only goes downhill with every day.

Nothing not even god can help them. Vaccine is just a chimera like a poor quality umbrella that tears soon after opening.

Humans like to feel hurt because it gives them the great, solid and inconclusive reason to lash back; to scream at and hound others even trample them under heels.

The feeling of justification is so grand; such a balm to their vanities.

Men do it when they have either physical strength or money.

Women do it when safely ensconced in marriage.

Being "offended" is a tool to "control" the narrative.

And now that the operative word on earth is CONTROL we are seeing so much of the hurtful side that the media then blasts with great vigour.

Our wisdom, understanding and level of tolerance clearly show from this incident. I was with my doctor friend and mentioned homeopathy. His rage on talking of homeopathy was intense. Like as if I had mentioned the need to kill a goat for dinner in front of a vegetarian Hindu.

Why?

You stay in your field. I stay in mine. If we cannot find "understanding" at least we can let things be and just survive the stupidity around us even if we do not understand it.

If you judge me, you are the idiot.

Parris Ja Young

Crudely put: As people believe less positively the more the world turns to shit.

PK: I would say we are not believing less but actually more BUT in the propensities that come from immediate pleasures which by the nature of things has to be downright brutally physical. Now as must be spaciously clear to all this is something at the "taking" ( french: À la portée de tous) of all and all, including your pets can join in so there is a rampage afoot.

If we the slowpokes are not careful, we shall be crushed in the stampede.

Oh. I wonder what has happened to the western mind. Children learn thru chores. It is part of their self-preparedness training, their nervous systems learn about things and life and tools and how to get things done.

The entire thinking has gone in the direction that work is not dignified.

They see now only the menial aspect of it

Worse - they are inflating egos and arrogance with nothing to be arrogant about.

Are we consciously trying to raise weaklings who will obey their kings?

Seen from another angle, the spiritual angle when speaking is required like in a situation where not speaking will cause justice to be misled -- we must speak out.

Often we do not speak in life and allow misconceptions and lies to proliferate. These often end up in greater disasters. Mostly these situations happen to guard unwholesome secrets that we think will bring disaster if allowed to come out.

What others will think is often at the back of our minds. We protect mostly our loved ones and allow bad behaviour to continue hurting others who do not deserve it.

Ghastly situations also happen.

There is a time (like in the saying a stitch in time saves nine) when we should speak up.

But this cannot be license to interfere in the lives of others. Let karma do its part for them.

- Reminder call from my chemist!

And suddenly I realised the number of people who depend on my being sick to keep their lives going.

Do we realize the devilish intent of ideas that have taken birth in human consciousness that have all enslaved the human spirit into the clutches of a handful of demonic beings (read Corporates) because of the ease they brought into our lives and we paid them gleefully for this entrapment even we are prepared to fight for them so that our measly comforts are not snatched away -0 yet this is exactly what they will do. Slowly and surely we are being herded into concentration camps without walls.

Creatures of the moment; like passing ships in the night. Perpetual, unchanging & Eternal like the sea & coming dawn. Pk

Wanting to help/solve issues for others, being ever ready to take on the other's burden is a kind of subtle vanity/ego at work. pk

The need of control has seeped into biological control and everything they come out with is a sinister disaster.

The THOUGHTS are brilliantly enticing to immature minds.

The question in my mind is when will they realise that control comes best from exercising one's will thru the mind.

Of course, enlightened results will come thru on the level of enlightenment. Not pills and jabs.

We are heavily attached to our doings, our achievements and the ownership that the world allows.

The world fools us into believing that we have created it all and we are masters of our domain. We love the world for being so appreciative and kind to us and forget ourselves in the Vanity Fair we are so occupied about.

For some god-forsaken reason it is incomprehensible how we miss the deaths occurring around us and do not see the message that when people pass on the "POSESSIONS" all pass on too to the most undeserving candidates mostly.

As I have seen it is a waste of time and energy trying to show these aspects as people will see only when they are ready.

Most of us are basically unlovable for the simple reason that we are too self-centred.

What we want is APPRECIATION. Our idea of LOVE is basically that we love all those who ADMIRE us.

Our method of judging this is based on the compliments received, the services and considerations bestowed upon us; the special status feeling of exclusivity granted us.

It is a vanity boosting exercise.

We are asking to be seduced. Sex is an exercise that we all want now and then and what could be better than do it with somebody who thinks the world of us?

Social conditioning is also behind this concept of love and marriage etc and there is always a thought of the give and take behind it all.

Pure love simply cannot be at the human level of consciousness and never was.

I have been invited to a new group and in the very first visit I saw two posts: one asking for advice to reduce acidity because he was addicted to strong spices. The other was reducing weight without reducing the eating part.

We are adopting bad habits in living and diet. We want easy cures. From the responses in this group I see huge numbers of solutions provided in the answers. How many will one person adopt? Some are literally difficult to put in practice.

The main thing is that we are not prepared to change our ways, lifestyle errors or diet habits. We are looking for excuses and good plausible reasons so we can announce proudly to the world that we tried but nothing works.

This is exactly the attitude I have seen in all the people I know.

That we all want antidotes but dont want to stop taking in the poison.

Who understands finance on a macro scale? I want to know why so many banks are being built. I know of a dozen right now between Raleigh and Ohio. I want to understand what this means. Thanks!

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

The world is being run by bankers. The general populace puts in their money for safety and this money is used to create the mess the world is in.

Also we pay them to manage our own money. We do get some services like making payments thru cards and cheques and the ease of it all.

As far as bankers and banking is concerned it has always been a lucrative business like insurance and credit cards.

The whole banking industry would collapse if the humans started living frugally, philosophically and carefully and awarefully as advised in our spiritual ancient texts - don't worry too much about tomorrow; simply earn and spend it all for the day. Trust the Lord to provide. Do keep something for a rainy day.

Plan and organise for tomorrow but avoid the lenders and borrowers.

Today's commerce is a "dream". Figures keep jumping from registers to registers. There is no real wealth. It is all credit on which the bankers earn handsome interest - it is all imaginary but it buys them their swimming pools and private planes - of course on credit and never forget that most of the industries are running on credit/loans that really does not exist.

The wealth is in the Natural resources and minerals/ores that we pay nothing for to Mother earth.

We are in the process of gobbling ourselves up.

Earth is being literally destroyed; who cares? The ease of life and living becomes the principle deciding factor in our decisions.

For instance CARs and the gasoline engine - it has spawned a way of living that is single handedly doing the major amount of damage but we refuse to accept it and correct the aberration. How? -- The comfort it has brought has weakened every bone and muscle in the body. The effort is gone to move and brave the weather. The spine has lost its strength. Blood circulation has become minimal. All the muscles have lost their ability and elasticity. Our life has become a journey from one chair to another; all in air-conditioned comfort. And the gaseous fumes we now live under. The traffic areas are gas chambers. One of the saddest pictures of modernity are the children being taken out in strollers while the cars exhaust fumes throw exhaust right into the child's face. Are the parents/adults stupid? They seem so. They also look very proud of their modern ways while the servant pushes the pram/stroller and th3ey are talking on the phone with little or no time for the child.

Another example: Electricity as power has made us hungry for doing more and more even when we don't need it. Plastics are choking us. "Wastage" has become the operative word.

Does anyone care?

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari responding to Dilip Kumar's: If in today's environment snooping by government agencies can save lives, I would readily let go of my right to digital privacy.

Because human lives are more important than the freedom my privacy brings me.

More so when there are forces who have misused that freedom.

PK: Exactly. What freedom? While at the other end they post all their data everywhere and attract attention anyway.

We have technically lost our freedom when we talk against others and do acts and activities in public that may harm others or instigate others.

Talking of freedoms and rights. When did we ever have them?

When we lived without cars, telephones and TV, we were dependent on each other, lived in smaller communities and everyone knew exactly what was going on with the other. We were in each other's eye by necessity and the compulsions of life.

Today we are living in a more expanded world where we can commit crimes and hide easily, run away easily and get lost. Digital technology is the only method left for the group to keep track.

There is no loss of privacy. There never was any privacy at any time in the history of man.

One thing God gave us: Free Will

So we can't just sit back & say what we want.

Action IS Needed

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

Yes. God gave us Freedom to WILL but not the guts.

God gave us also laziness, smugness, excusesness, cleverness and cunningness; with these attributes it easy to pass out the 3scores and 10 years given to us as life.

Katja Ambrus

May-BE it's not about the HAPPY ending.. may-BE it's about THE STORY !

PK: It is always about the story. We think it is happening to us and it is something of an exclusive story.

The reality is that we think we are exclusive. Every man and woman looks in the mirror and sees a handsome man and a pretty woman totally forgetting, even when surrounded by thousands of others, that there are others in hundreds equally well endowed. We think that we are attracting special attention.

The truth is we live in a small pond with the same people around us which is a small world rather special to each of us. We can easily persuade ourselves that we are exclusive and in this limited world perhaps we may even be.

This is why reading helps in breaking our mutually stupefying thoughts of exclusivity. Read the stories by authors like Maupassant and Maugham and you will identify yourself in every story. Why? Because we are in it. It is the same few emotions and thoughts going round and round in this world.

It is quite a humbling experience to realise this - that we are not exclusive in any way and nobody really needs us or wants us. They may appreciate us a bit as we all need each other in a very pragmatic way. We want to be remembered with memorials but memories need live people who have been connected. Death severs it all.

(If they put up a show of needing us it is simply their selfishness at work).

Humans are actually very pragmatic and to the point.

We are all so busy showing off superficially what we are supposed to be seen as.

We hide our insincere and mediocre self behind these appearances.

Life mostly is one big charade and Greek drama (you know the kind in the ancient style with masks).

Acidity, GERD, constipation seem to be the culprits of today's life that are responsible for our suffering. These in turn hide many other related problems like bloating, diabetes, hypertension and such. Last two years I have been experimenting. Finally I understood what even an old-timer like Galen knew that the body works all together. Take for instance the digestive system. It has to be treated all together. The organs all work as a team. They talk to each other. So all these symptoms "Acidity, GERD, constipation" are the result of the digestive system as a whole being under stress. With the life-style we have now these organs are working well below par so they need to be helped together to improve themselves. The basic premise that all stuff being pumped into our bodies is being digested and utilized and doing whatever it is supposed to do is the first fallacy. The elimination process is as important as the ingesting process but little time and thought is devoted to it. Humans are sardonically not cooperating with their own bodies. They are wishing illness upon themselves.

The first thing you must accept that a doctor's prescription is an "Experiment". Nobody, even you may not know what is happening to you. There are so many factors in the world affecting you.

On the material physical plane some assistance can be provided. The rest depends on your life-style and thinking process - specially what thoughts make you tick. In passing let me mention that our thinking can be a great source of our well-being. Are you afraid you will be sick? -- This is not good as your body will respond in fear and worry itself into sickness. Do you never give your health a thought?- this is bad too as this will make you careless & irresponsible; you are silently inviting sickness to step in.

The body is not so easy to treat when it becomes a matter of habits that it has adopted for a long period. So be kind and wait to see how it tries to regain its normal balance. Don't judge the doctor and the medicines if they do not provide instant relief as allopathy ( western medicine) has conditioned the world to. We should aim for relief but thru cures and not just temporary masking the symptoms. This only helps the disease to foment quietly behind the curtain of apparent "Everything is OK" syndrome.

It is very sad that humankind tolerates sickness as if it were a macho thing. They allow the illnesses to establish and grow roots in the body. We must reject illness as we are taught to reject falsehood. Illness is not part of us and our reality. Dont protect with relief giving medications. Aim for curative methods and immediate correction as soon as noticed.

You must also note down specific changes in symptoms that occur or reactions. Keep a diary. It helps in making proper decisions later.

The medications below will support the proper functioning of all the organs involved like the spleen, pancreas, liver and gall bladder. This in turn will take the stress off the adrenals, thyroid, pituary etc glands. There might be a detox effect that will start immediately and may result in "so-called" allergic reactions. Don't worry. Just increase the interval of medication.

In short be tolerant and let the doctor know.

I have been trying out Homeopathy, Ayurvedic and Unani approaches to medication but only with limited relief. So I did what I always do when I am totally perplexed and foxed. I let my subconscious or call it the intuitive mind to join in by becoming quiet. How would it be to consider that the spleen, pancreas, liver and gall bladder were all working below par thereby upsetting the intestines and so why not treat them all together? I did just that. Homeopathically I worked out a formulation as suggested by my subconscious and lo it worked like a miracle.

Joan Holefelder Gaines: What about Famotidine?

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari: https://www.rxlist.com/pepcid-side-effects-drug-center.htm

Side Effects of Pepcid (Famotidine), Warnings, Uses

If you have this need for this drug then you may need a lot of correcting in your lifestyle. These are dangerous drugs in the long run. What happens is that the sight even of food around us gets the digestives acids and enzymes going. We are in a way always around food and even snacking a way too much. When there is nothing to digest they start eating into our own organs. There is excessive of it. On the other hand most of us have slowly moving rather packed intestines with mild to severe constipation. The acids get trapped into the system and they create havoc. Auto intoxication and resulting inflammation is a reality that is not given serious thought. This where all illnesses basically start.

But we are slowly and surely killing ourselves by not understanding the new parameters of our life-styles of "indoors and sitting".

Why comparisons are bad and arguments are positively garbage. Like the concentration of "air" at ground level and then it gradually becoming thinner as we go up like when climbing a very high mountain then going even further into the rare levels of stratosphere where it is nearly impossible to breathe, there are levels of clarity in the mind.

The stolid, down to earth mind is not geared to understand the rarified view of the stratosphere. The view is completely different. The elements at work are different. The physics/chemistry involved is completely different.

The guy living in the plains will not understand the priorities of the guy living in the hills. He wouldn't understand even those living by the sea. The possibility of him understanding the guy living in space in a capsule is well-nigh non-existent.

So comparisons are stupid. Everyone has a particular view for a certain time in history of this world suited to a particular people and situation and problems and quarrels arise when they are universalized and become the creed for ages to come.

So? LIVE by your truth by the understanding that you have that is relevant to you and your existence.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

Live for today. Tomorrow is another day.

Who has been promised tomorrow anyway?

Even if I cannot spend it all, I can sleep like a king.

A happy ego is a happy me.

And I can foment trouble for you if you dare to raise your eyebrow.

I have always wondered why people let themselves inflate like that. There is enough food available and can be had at any time 24x7. Then why this need to guzzle in as much as one can in a single sitting as if the world will end by midnight.

I mean is if I wish to fondle the breast it becomes "my body" but otherwise it is not and no care is devoted to it. Look at it this way: The very body that gives you the happy sensations is being punished for the act. If the taste buds were cut away, would you eat that much?

And even if the world is ending tonight why eat o much?

Kathlyn Glover To: PK

It is a little sad that we see the possibility of such a life, but recognize that it isn't possible here on earth with humans. So are we remembering another experience in another realm or dimension where such things are possible when we dream of such an existence?

I wonder. But it seems so.

Pradeep .......my reply

It is sad that we think of gourmet dinners but make mud pies.

Right now at the human level at the consciousness level we are at, only strife is possible as this is a tool to shape us but the earth consciousness is very resistant to change and very slow in adopting anything new.

I will tell you here somethings that I have as yet never spoken about.

I have been in my earlier lives 1st a fakir (unattached man wanting to know more and more and disillusioned with humans). Then recently I have been a prince, mainly a warrior prince leaving behind a good name and a good legacy. I am capable as I carry a sharp mind highly formed, trained and creative over many lives but I also developed a high degree of arrogance/snobbishness. In this life I have been suddenly put into the position of being from a privileged background but left with little real personal income. My arrogance has resulted in my ending up in serious trouble and I have paid heavily worldly wise with deprivation, defamation and abuse. My snob and arrogant nature has taken a beating of giant proportions. Finally I have recently broken the glass ceiling in occult yogic terms. BUT SADLY the new highly improved, knowledgeable version of me is not in demand as people really have no need -- my presence actually disturbs their status quo. Another thing that has to be taken into account that I am not really in tune with worldly life and in social milieu a nincompoop, naïve to the level of stupid.

I have always come out on top because I am always sincerely ready to accept the lessons being imparted. Another thing that is visible is that my associates, helpers from earlier lives have constantly been there around me to keep me supported in my effort. Most people see it as phenomenal luck as everything I want seems to happen.

But as I rise in consciousness and awareness I can see that the forces at work at earth level will not allow for the time being for any improvement. The good people are few and soon dead. With every new birth the old formations reappear.

We are wasting our energies in wanting to "force" change. All we can do is be there and spread our vibes as much and as far we can so that the positivity gets a chance to grow roots.

How do we do that?

Use all the means at your disposal; I have email, Facebook etc. I am using them. Earlier I was operating in 6 different countries as an industrialist facilitator but money was never the objective and never a problem either. Under the guise of helping others make money I managed to live very well under the umbrella of all the old souls that gathered around me. Even now I am protected, helped and taken care of. Providence is not allowing me the independence of money because perhaps my arrogance might raise its head again -- I have a terrible temper that has damaged many times my possibilities but I am trying to rise above it.

But hopefully I have learnt my lesson deep down and now nothing really matters.

We have been lobotomised with Artificial Intelligence.

In the last 70 years we have coddled humanity with labor-saving gadgetry and conveniences adding to the luxury of getting everything on a silver platter. Things have become increasingly worse from the hunter's point of view. Now all we need to do is press buttons or simply "speak" and things get done.

Only one thing remains: We all now have a genie at our fingertips who is constantly murmuring in our ears "What does my master want now?"

People have only gratification on their minds.

Emotions have been eroded out of our beings.

Thinking has becomes superfluous.

Activity to reach goals have no meaning.

The world has sort of agreed that things will be exclusively "AS THOU WISHETH".

We have been lobotomised with Artificial Intelligence.

I have seen dentists in India advising patients to take antibiotics for 5 days before they come in for extraction to cut-off any possibility of infection later.

So the public in India now thinks of it as a prophylactic and takes it at the first sign of a cold.

Human thinking is based more on appearance than deep study. We use words and every word has a literal and many figurative meanings. What trend of thought a word will unleash in someone is anybody's guess.

Angela Jolie removed her breasts it seems to avoid breast cancer. Can you believe this? And who was the idiot doctor who did it?

This idea of mammograms/x-rays once too often that used to be prevalent is now discouraged.

The point is that even SCIENTIFICS ARE HUMAN, THINK LIKE HUMANS AND COME TO STUPID CONCLUSIONS based on "word relationships" not foreseeing or understanding repercussions in the future. Look how the use of sugar has gone on a trajectory of its own. First they try to make it sweeter by purifying it and crystalising it without realizing that by making it a synthetically industrial product they are converting it into a poison of sorts. It now shoots into the blood stream making the pancreas go berserk. Humans remember the word "sugar" Now they take the same quantity as they did 200 years ago without being aware that it is sixty times more potent and harmful in the form it is being served. By habit we now consume at least 60 times more sugar than we did 200 years ago. Have we forgotten that it is our body? Then when they realized this much sugar is bad, they come out with synthetic formulations to replace it and call it "sugar-free". The anti-dote is even more poisonous than the original poison. We seem to love to poison ourselves. SHALL WE blame ourselves for once and see how stupid we have been and how we promote every poison they dish out? Why don't we go back to natural jaggery which has health benefits? I suppose that would be too "Natural" and the industrials cannot profit from it + it spoils as all natural things do so it is difficult to store/package and distribute. You can wonder as much as I do.

Similarly there are hundreds of practices in force that are nothing but illogical. One of the simplest one that the medical fraternity promoted with great push is that fat is bad for you and now they realise this was an error.

One of the practices that is widely in use and a pet peeve of mine is the use of preservatives/transfats in food - forgetting that anything that will not rot will not feed you either. Then what is the purpose?

Whichever way you look at it, your castle has many doors and windows. Death will come in for sure! The main point is the "forced" part. Why is the administration so worried about you in this particular scenario while it sends all jobs elsewhere by buying goods from other countries and then try to sell it to people who have no money to buy them? Creating severe poverty, sickness in its wake.

We need to correlate the % of deaths with the % of negative reactions to the forced medication and the misery is causing the living.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

Too much importance to names attached with a universal event.

We should learn to live with what we have now and how and what made it tick and the form it has taken today.

I would rather learn the physics and chemistry of it than who did it perhaps first.

The western world puts too much importance on ownership. Where are the owners now?

Columbus is given credit for America. Is it justified? America was always there. A lot of people knew about it. So?

Who cares?! How does it matter?

The lesson to be learnt is that if you want to be properly understood and known for what you do, do it with a lot of witnesses and proof to show for it. Also keep your secrets close to your chest. Don't boast. etc AND most importantly that there are BAD people around. Watch out always.

This is the lesson we need to teach to our children.

When we are not so well and are asked "how are you"... seriously what is our answer? We think immediately of the Diagnosis. But why? Why do we want to label the illness? The first focus should be on symptoms. For instance if I am asked this question today I would say my thigh muscle is paining, the neck is paining and the wrist too. The tummy is misbehaving and Gerd is also bothering me. There is also a little ache on the forehead above the eye and nose itching. Now from this what would be the diagnosis and what would be the treatment? The western medicine would treat it mostly like this: Analgesic for the pain, antacid for the acid, antihistamine for the nose and Milk of magnesia for the tummy. Where do the symptoms come from? They would not bother about that. (Although a little enquiry would show that the cause is of the Visiting we had gone for two days ago, the strain of driving (we still have the clutch pedal/hand gears system) and the food eaten. Note: Their one size fit all medical protocols are designed to give instant temporary relief as they know that eventually it is the body that heals itself. The Naturopath/Ayurvaid would see this as a case of severe indigestion and the pain being due to bloating and acid due to poor digestion. A little something like Avipattikar churna or hingvashtak churna or even Sitopaladi chuirna would correct it all. In different countries there are different herbs/decoctions available but all with the same aim. Even home remedies like a few drops of Mint or/and Holy basil/ginger with some honey/camphor with water would put it right Homeopathy also has simple remedies like Ipeccac, Carbo veg, Nux vomica or combination formulations that would cover the entire gamut of symptoms spoken above. There are now available ready-made special formulations in the market. And the results are fairly immediate and good.

Do you see the trend of my thinking? The people must go back to think of cures and not simply relief and not take medicine for granted. You know every body part works in tandem with other parts of the body. They talk to each other and help each other out to keep us going at a level where we never realize that things maybe wrong as we tend to ignore the warnings. We prefer not to listen to Mother Nature. A good healer would take this into account and would never treat each symptom separately. Let us take the body as a whole and trace the reason for the upset. Like food, weather, mood. What got you in the state in the first place? That is where the answer is. You have to pay attention to yourself.

Humans would rather compromise than make the effort. This is what I have understood. The most important victim of our careless attitude is our health. Of course the rulers that be know this and take advantage. I was reading some of the responses and posts on my timeline this morning and a wave of feeling swept on me that "people" really don't care and will not make an effort to learn or understand what makes them tick. It is so sad to see death hovering over them with its finality but they see only eternal life. It is rather astounding that the "finality" of death has not been able to make a dent in our affable consciousness. Nothing shakes the people's faith in the ability of doctors, the belief that they are alright and there are only two states: A little sick or fine. That things can go seriously wrong because of our life-style is not taken into account as the cause of possible illness that slowly, very slowly grows on you and once it has gripped you than it becomes ten times more difficult to get rid of it. And of course after all the suffering there is the finality of death. Oh well!!!

NOTE BY Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

The soul is not only the Guru but the Raison d'etre of our Being. But is deep, behind the scene and not actively consciously directing the affairs.

To reach IT one needs to first get less enamoured by the material physical world and all the exciting dillying-dallies it offers where the Ego runs the show.

We have to first accept this Truth of our Being and then start making the effort to connect to our Soul.

Otherwise we shall go astray listening to our egoistic soul that is fully in control now. The Mind and the Ego together can create an illusion of a spiritual world that can far surpass in brilliance the rather staid quiet world of the Spirit.

Do we really care for the migrants? If we had really cared we would help them live a better life where they took birth and belong.

The western governments go destroying and battling and then show their virtuous self by proclaiming that "Lives have to be saved"

They have the perfect term for it: Collateral Damage.

When the bull rages, it is the fault of the Chinese Ceramic Plates to have been in the wrong place at that particular time.

At the other end is my regular refrain: Where do these migrants get all the where-withal to travel such long distances with families.

And if there is nothing to live for, why do these people continue to have children?

Are they really migrants or looking for a short cut to a better ready-made easy solution to a more comfortable life?

Parris Ja Young: Semmelweis Syndrome:

Semmelweis, a Dr in Austria, theorized that doctors were carrying bits of something from autopsies to mothers giving birth. He ordered doctors to rinse their hands with chlorine solution between operations. This radically reduced the number of deaths of new mothers.

But doctors HATED being told they were the problem, so, by any means, Dr Semmelweis was pushed and hounded into an insane asylum (Asylum my foot!) There he was beaten and died of an infection.

SEMMELWEIS SYNDROME: the often lethal resistance of the establishment to

new ideas, esp radically new ideas.

I read this when I was young and my thinking started taking shape then about the ego in humans affairs and eventually I saw clearly the cruelty in human affairs.

Things were so bad at that time the women would beg to NOT be taken to the hospital.

For change to come we have to be first inviting enough with an open mind and then take half a step at least in the direction we see it coming from.

This effectively means keeping an open mind and to some extent go looking for new eye-opening or call it mind opening ideas and thoughts.

Most of us wish it but do nothing about it. We wallow like the pig in our sty and dream of castles in far-off lands. Humans go a step further to please providence by either offering glowers in temples or lighting candles/diyas and then hoping in their virtuous best for changes to come a begging.

Monkhood: The marigold orange garb and the perfect show of order and discipline. Yet few cross over to the fluid mind. Proud of their discipline, proud of their order, proud of being the child of their Master; proud of being a member of something recognizably grand and worldly - accepted as greater than normal.

Yet I would say my grandmother was more spiritual than all of them.

We are too much in love with our VIRTUOUS selves. The "doers" look at themselves and see that they are the ones breaking their backs, taking care of the boring details while the rest of humanity is lazy, irresponsible and shirking. The Kinder ones are well aware of their "goodness" and value greatly their kindness and generosity while the rest of humanity is selfish, harsh and basically cruel. The thinker sees how obviously brilliant is his grasp of things with a penetrating ability to solve issues while the rest of the world is acting dumb and not even trying. Deep within our talk with ourselves gives to us the foundation of our self-centredness but as others cannot hear it we are happy to live with our pretend image. The saga of Goddess DURGA is to bring this to the fore with an aim to destroy any vestige of arrogance.

When we talk of the lower class of people what are we referring to?

For me it means a certain class of habits that keep us down on the ladder of human emancipation.

Their consciousness is not broad or wide enough to understand how their actions and reactions have a wider, world circling effect.

For instance here are some characteristics observed in people who could be classed as the lower class.

- liars and deniers; will never agree to be at fault and blame others and never acknowledge something they have said or done if it proves them to be at fault.

- accusers and criticisers

- never consider the repercussion of their actions; they'll dig holes and throw things out that will come in the way of others and then wonder when there is an accident why people are not careful.

- know best; it never occurs to them to not interfere or ask permission but they make changes to suit them and think that what they prefer is the best anyway.

- any hint that they are in error raises their hackles.

- other characteristics are like loud, never let things be, avenging spirit, hurt others willfully to show that they are better and should be acknowledged as such.

- very little regard and respect for Earth, other living things, anything except their own personas; wastage and litter comes easily to them. Very irresponsible and negligent of their duties. But very conscious of their rights even when there aren't any.

The fool finds nothing of value because he is REALLY NOT looking. Most of us at best looking for excuses to hang our coats on - to rationalise our stupid acts.

Does our response, activity, decision show a foundation of sincere pursuit of what we think is best or are we compromising by giving excuses and rationalising with many possibilities available as accepted norms in society? etc etc etc

The subconscious and the general Inconscience prevalent in the earth atmosphere have a very deep and strong hold. That is why it is very difficult to change habits and attitudes - specially if we can find refuge in modalities of living and simply manage and grumble along.

Death takes away all personal development. With every birth it is a start from scratch. This is why there is no real change.

Written as a note to this wonderful writeup of Don Davis (The writeup is given just after mine)

Most of the wars have been made under two banners (read excuses): 1) To bargain favour from god so that He sees how much we are doing His bidding. At the back of our mind there is this notion that this will assure our place in heaven and humanity will remember us as "The Great One"

2) To bring to the people a better more enlightened government and life-style which includes their religion as a matter of course. Looting is strong factor too and this can be achieved only when we enter the other's space as Liberators/Conquerors. Peace loving people are 'meat' and have little say in wanting PEACE on earth.

At the micro level this is what humans are; every one of us individually are having all the same elements/motives. We are all doing it in some shape or the other. Religion is just a codified thought process. If it is not Jesus then it would be something else like Marxism or Democracy or even Vaxes of today.

The modern more educated man and his greed has been deftly managed by Bankers to enslave people thru debt and international trade. Wars are engineered purposely too into all these activities because the amounts involved are epic and this is what makes the banker's heart hum.

The most important factor to survive and to succeed is: HEARTLESSness and Ruthlessness. Both seem to be around in good measure. Kindness and compassion cower and hide in their shadows.

We like to think of ourselves as superior and we find good reasons to implement our personal need to impose on others. Very human. As long there is no change in the basic consciousness of humans this will be the scenario for ever more.

Columbus Day, a day that should be renamed something like 'America (re) discovery day' to shift emphasis from the man to the fateful deed.

In contemporary geopolitical context, the Clash of Civilizations was ongoing, territory being lost and won in the hereditary war between Islamic conquest and Western defense. Constantinople had fallen 40 years before, the Spanish had in 1492 just driven the last Islamic occupation from their land. It has been suggested the latter allowed funds to be put towards the Columbus voyage. The West was rapidly gaining in literacy and technology, among other things making extended open seas journeys feasible.

Although Columbus was no prize as a person, his daring accomplishment ranks him among the most important people in history. Such long range exploratory voyages were apparently few and far between, with so much of the world poorly known by those who made maps. That voyage began the mapping of the rest of the world.

In theory such a voyage could have been attempted in Roman or even Phoenician times. The Chinese could have done it, but their navy's robust advancement was halted in 1433 by the Ming Emperor and China then lost its initiative in world affairs. The fact that comparable journeys were made in canoes across a Pacific islander 'empire' shows that the combination of 'will' and 'way' can work wonders even with modest means.

The Vikings made landfall in the extreme NE fringes of the continent, but their raid and pillage culture had little long term agenda to it, and climate change froze them out of the initial successes there and Greenland.

In the Americas, a few tens of millions of people mostly concentrated in Mezo America, lived there, descendants of ice age migration waves. None had any overview of their world, only local maps at best, and outside of Mezo America little if any ability to store information to build upon. Would the most advanced civilization there, the Aztecs, one day have built the kind of ships that could have discovered Europe?

The tragedy of the early Spanish slave empire was not just in the cruelty, it was beyond that, it was the universal story of what happens when two civilizations of greatly different levels of technology come together. The Aztecs played that grim game with their less armed neighbors and the Spanish did it to them.

But what matters is the world of today. The presence of the United States has written its own volumes in its roles in world history. If there had never been a United States who knows how different things would have been. We now have a relatively enlightened society where we can publicly complain about grievances past and present. We are for all our faults still a place refugees try to help themselves to.

And we have greatness to draw upon and manifest in new ways, built upon our learning lessons of history and going ahead with what seems worthy.

Sure, expose Columbus for the greedy delusional fiend he was. But beware of any attempt to extrapolate from his sorry personal example any theme that the United States should never have existed.

It is difficult to believe that humans are not aware of this fact that we are routinely talking of ethics but in essence live mostly unethically. Insincerity is deeply seeping in all we think and do is evident. 2 days ago we went to buy a shoe for Aruna ( my daughter). A fastidious client like Aruna is not easy to please. But after 2 hours of looking around one shoe was finally given the OK. The shoe shown to Aruna was of size 39 and we asked for a size 40. After a long drama of about 15 minuits the box containing the shoe was delivered in a box and bag and we presumed it would be a size 40. On reaching home we found it was the size 39 he had shown us. ( I assume that we had been willfully tricked hoping that we might not notice and that would be that). So the next day we went again and the shopkeeper admitted that he does not have a size 40 but he would not refund us the money. He wanted us to take an IOU for a later purchase. I really had to then show my real Goliath Self, - he cowered and refunded the money. We ran around the market again for two hours but no shoe was found because the size 40 is unusual for Indian women. Where is the intelligence in this kind of cleverness?

Regarding needles and boosters:

Who thinks that those responsible are trying their best and it will help, including boosters.

And who thinks that it's meant to harm us long term and why?

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

Good topic. This is my view.

1) To begin with humans do not think very coherently from an enlightened level of view. So their thoughts and decisions are always warped and get totally bundled into their need to make money/glory/greed.

2) At the physical-material level of life there is no doubt that if we don't go and do it, it will not get done so there is a huge arrogance behind our thinking telling us that we are the absolute "DOERS" and nothing will happen without our intervention.

It is true that farms won't raise crops by themselves, the factories won't produce by themselves, houses won't build on their own. But the calamity that hounds human health is this fact that this attitude is now behind the practice of medicine in which we start with the assumption that the body is stupid. Are we forgetting that humans have been here for millions of years and were managing to stay alive?

3) The error in human thinking is that humans do not know when to stop and where to let things alone. Their knowledge of the human body is very superficial and they have conveniently forgotten that they are here by Mother Nature's grace for a very small time.

4) Medication as it is happening thru the mechanics of western modern medicine is not curative at all. It is mainly RELIEF and surgical intervention. Fighting illnesses is not their forte.

5) So in the final analysis there is a wave of thought that has gripped mankind that vaccines will save them. They genuinely believe in it. The powers that be and the money power behind it are pushing it as it seems plausible and is a godsend opportunity to make money.

The psychological factor of the placebo is always there. These vaccines are only disrupting the existing immune system and are of use only for those who have weak resistance. This should not be a universal program.

The medical/pharma mafia understands this well, they are so cautious about peanut and milk allergies but for this there is no problem - isn't it rather suspicious.

6) The naturopaths of course don't agree but they are not in power and won't be listened to. They can make all the noise they want to; they will only irritate the rest of the flock and disrupt the machinations of the powers that be and this will invite trouble.

People are discussing medications because they hurt us/or not directly by entering into our bodies but they will end up accepting as they have all other damaging goods and practices.

7) There are so many things we are doing wrong and many have brought upon this state of affairs where the Earth is being literally destroyed; who cares? The ease of life and living becomes the principle deciding factor in our decisions.

Our entire life is a complete whole. We need to consider the whole - how we think, how we implement our thinking in one go otherwise we shall always get superficial "apparent" solutions that mask the problem.

The world is very good in masking problems instead of solving them.

It is a human trait to jump to conclusions, avoid the subject, obstruct and obfuscate. We glorify the apparent & look for soft, easy options with little sincerity.

For instance CARs and the gasoline engine - it has spawned a way of living that is single handedly doing the major amount of damage but we refuse to accept it and correct the aberration.

Another example: Electricity as power has made us hungry for doing more and more even when we dont need it. Plastics are choking us. "Wastage" has become the operative word.

Does anyone care?

I heard there is a whole area in India w/ no COVID. I think from using Pill. Not sure which one.

Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine.

Is this True?

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

Indians still live very near to nature. We regularly use herbs and products based on Gooseberries, Holy Basil, Margosa, Curcuma, Ashwagandha and such. We live in a tough, not so hygienic environment so our bodies have to be up to the mark all the time.

The people who were most affected are those who have adopted the western medicine and live on unhealthy "restaurant/outsourced food" type of diets and spend most of their time in artificial protected environments.

In our area 46 residents died but not a single person from the servant class.

Western medicine will sooner or later realise that they need to treat the whole human and not just symptoms. Till then they will destroy more than heal. Right now western medicine is good for instant relief which unfortunately has a destructive side in the long run.

One of the diseases of modern man "DIABETES" has been seen to be one of comorbidities where the virus was dangerously active. This method of controlling diabetes with insulin is very primitive. This allows humans to pursue their evil habits/life-style and the body is being destroyed from within as the illness is not cured at all. The patient is never told this and this is in my view unethical and irresponsible.

Another observation of mine is that wherever there is high consumption of alcohol, be it society, country or individual, there the incidence of Covid has been high.

I would think this is because the people who consume a lot of brute alcohol also tend to be (nutritionally speaking) malnourished.

What is respect and why this need to want respect and show respect as an obligation or forced upon?

The concept of freedom and respect is possible only when there is a huge ego behind it.

If your go deep consciousness-wise into the minds of people who have been raised to think from day one in a particular way, they do not think of respect but only that their livelihood is not disturbed.

What I call the servant mentality.

It is like a caged parrot. If you open the cage door it is disturbed - it does not fly away.

Consumerism has reduced everything to a commodity. Happiness, Love, food, Medicine. "LIFE" has been eclipsed.

Most samsaric(worldly) relationships are those that we have to out-grow.

They keep on pestering us till we out-grow them.

The spiritual effort to outgrow is what is demanded of us.

As we change and grow, new relationships that will take us forward will mature.

There is only ONE source of happiness.

The "knowing" that parents, family, friends are there, creating our castles for us and watching our back.

Nothing ever matches this feeling and thought. This is the thought that makes it possible for us to cross all bridges.

Effectively by jumping onto the new 21st century culture of isolating himself into his Ego/vanity/pride stuff and by making everything into a commodity the modern man finds himself boiling in the cauldron of meanness, sadness & madness.

I know they have talked about me. I assume it to be good and remain content. pk

With this thought to keep it legitimately self-satisfied humanity has doomed itself to eternal damnation and remaining an animal.

Kay Sluterbeck

I don't think that caption is respectful to people who believe differently than you do.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

Well sorry for that but I am trying to wake up people to another thought process just as they are trying to influence us. The way religions and ideologies have always tried to play their cards is not respectful of HUMANITY at large.

Finally is my way of thinking based on proper human psychology or not is what matters.

The truth is humanity is not trying to change. It talks of ethics but lives most unethically.

To hang all our errors and weaknesses on the shoulders of God is hardly the way forward.

Perhaps you are talking of my use of the word "animal".....aren't we one?

.............

As the understanding of this world grows and I see the various connects of our thoughts/motivations thru the subconscious, Mother Nature's inclinations and how our words play things out one thing stands out: there is nothing to be unhappy about. Nothing is wrong or right.

It is NOT a matter of "right or correct" There is nothing such as happiness or sadness. You just start living in a world where there is no unhappiness. Everything simply is. Up to you to make or take of it.

Are people afraid of closure?..... in their lives, loves, conversations, deals and everything else. Perennially inconclusive. pk.

Yes healing depends on many things very personal to the patient. We can neither know them all, nor will the patient tell us. Also most of the time the patient himself does not know and is not interested in applying his intelligence to know. Additionally the patient may not be interested in the discipline imposed on him to achieve the healing. When the healing requires too many changes in habit, the tamas and laziness of the patient normally wins and the healing process is allowed to come to a dead stop without keeping the healer in the loop.

Very few "really" learn because either they are bowing to their superiors and "yessing" all the time or they are dealing with their juniors who are "yessing" them.

In everyday life generally only the very few lucky ones get the chance of being accepted into the private and personal folds of people who are richer and more cultivated than their own selves. There if they are intelligent enough, they learn and grow and learn the different levels of emancipation possible with education, mannerisms and culture. We also learn to accept our shortcomings.

Therefore there is rarely growth in the persona as there is neither a challenge or necessity.

Most people get into a job/lifestyle in the age group of 20-30 and stay there for the rest of their lives. The body grows old and the mind is never really used.

It is always more a race to prove that we are fine as we are. And with juniors we are always right.

The general populace does not use their mind at all and they need to use it to learn about the world, themselves for greater understanding but the effort is rare.

But I am seeing our linear thinking does not allow us to be expansive either in mind or "kind".

Once the operative "He cannot be allowed here" (or some such thought) has settled in the mind it is pursued with vigour.

No other thought or idea is entertained or is allowed by ego.

How much self-centredness bitterness and self-glorifying ideas of the "self" people carry in themselves? Their large egos (or shall I say petty minds just cannot encompass a world bigger than their wishes) are easily pricked and how violent they can become and the energy they put in to hurt the other.

We get set in our ways but forget that as times change we need to change too.

I have heard my EGO telling me that a change of image will "show" me as if I was in error all along. Are you ready for this?

Does this world really care or is it the laziness speaking. Just change or suffer or miss opportunities.

- Have you ever used the phrase " I am doing my best" to explain yourself ( read: your mediocrity)?

- There is no journey. The journey is part of the travels. The train runs on its own determined path. Enjoy the scenery.

A baby aspirin, taken every day, might help prevent and/or reduce the symptoms of Covid. Who knew?

.... and this was the response:

Aspirin isn't recommended for children. Giving aspirin to a child can cause a rare, life-threatening condition called Reye's syndrome. Not a good idea to give your child something with aspirin in it unless your doctor recommends it.

The Lie.

Yesterday I saw a French movie based on the book The Lie.

Lately the Human Arrogance as a thing has been greatly on mind. And this story shows how it creates the narratives in our lives. Everyone has their stories but we don't come to know of all of them. This is a lesson to imbibe but humans in their arrogance never do. What a conundrum.

The big man in the story is a mayor. Respected and able. But as he admits later he was too strict with his son who learnt to hate him and most probably neglected him in pursuit of his worldly ambitions. This always happens with parents when they are young and with a lot of vigour in them, when everyone however inconsequential is over-confident and proud of one's strength and charm.

The son has a son who is the main link in the story. The grandson of the mayor lives with his mother who has separated. The grandson is desperate for attention which his grandfather does give him now and then.

But the disturbed mother and disturbed father are both simply not there fully for the child and their own traumas of neglect etc and hate for the grandfather washes over the grandchild. So to get some attention the grandchild at the age of nine, without understanding what is what accuses the grandfather of raping him. He did not even understand the meaning of the word. But the accusation explodes into a huge event with the grandfather landing in jail. The grandchild after 11 years or so understands the mistake he has made, recants and puts in great effort to get his grandfather acquitted.

PS: What is on my mind is the same story I see in the bringing up of children. Parents have no time; are too arrogant and as yet not wise or knowledgeable enough to understand the psychological needs of children.

Why don't we prepare ourselves first to have children?

We are only perpetuating this ignorant behavior like the waves continuously repeating themselves on the sea shore.

I was referring to ignorant parents raising children and passing on their ignorance levels.

This perpetual chain of children or just a little more than children raising more children.

The learning from our lives never get passed on because we have our children before we have our wisdom.

There is no threat. It comes and it goes as it has always done. Every day is a reminder of not to do things - of how not to live but we won't listen. Luckily Death intervenes and Destiny keeps on changing our plans.

Quietly the world moves, day after day. All is well. The earth knows how to renew itself. It couldn't be bothered. It has eternity on its side.

You as an individual human, you are the problem to yourself and a threat to others. Just check on yourself; are you okay?

Now that the subject has been brought up I have a question:

Our acceptance is docile; why?

My answer: Because we are not prepared to take the trouble of creating value in ourselves that others would pay to obtain.

We keep our selves with little or no value and we are exploited therefore with ease. In a very subconscious way we have agreed to slavery long beforehand we became adults.

We are being inculcated with this germ by our parents, society and education. All it needs is a little step back, look and work for a goal that is not this.

As stories go I was 16 and saw where it was all heading. My father forced me to study as a Bachelor of Science. I hated it. Told him long before that this was not the right thing for me but he would not listen. Even at the early age of 16 I told him I will be somebody who employs BSc candidates. I don't need to study it.

I was strong in French and saw a market for good French teaching. I perfected my French and put out a book for self-learning for the students of Osmania University which was a sell-out. Even before I had completed my graduation I was established as a teacher and students were being sent to me by the teachers of all colleges in Hyderabad region.

I developed over this side of life and started an Academy offering correspondence courses backed by Cassette tapes for the first time in India.

The idea of working for others as special assignments was also entertained but on my terms. etc etc.

I don't see even young people of today taking the difficult steps to be independent. The safety of a monthly stipend with assured incomes is so tantalising.

So let us not blame the masters.

* We always add on to the problem to solve it. Why it never occurs to back track I wonder. Ex: solving side-effects with more drugs.

* There is nothing such as "wrongs or rights". All are actions with consequences. Choice is yours.

* humanity seems to know only the violent way forward. Even tiny bit actions have some violence encapsulated in their seed.

Example: We pay somebody to do a job for us. But the moment the thought enters our mind that we are paying him, our thoughts veer towards another thought that we are the ones making his life possible; he should be grateful us and is like it or not our employee and we have power over him to make him do whatever we ask/exploit. on this foundation of logic we go about asking more than we have paid for, and treat him with utter disregard if we can get away with it.

Violence enters our consciousness totally forgetting that we started from the starting line of being the person in need.

This morning after seeing some sad pieces of news on the TV my wife remarked - people are so unconcerned, can't they think of what they are doing, killing each other and spoiling families and lives of all around them.

My reply was when has a king ever thought of the nameless soldiers being killed ( mostly under duress) in the battlefield for his glory - when humans are fully well aware that few are kings for more than a decade or two and in this period they are never really at peace anyway.

Yet being king of the anthill for even a short period is all we aim for and get everyone killed around us

I have only one question. Thousands of years have passed and we have all the learning we need but humans do not learn or change one tiny bit?

Learning remains in the books, gods remain in the temples and humans remain where they are!

AN ANCIENT SCIENCE ON HUMAN BEHAVIOUR

written by Tiruvalluvar more than 5000 yrs ago; valid even today

SOME GOLDEN THOUGHTS OF THIRUKKURAL:

1. If your child lies to you often, it is because you over-react too harshly to their inappropriate behaviour.

2. If your child is not taught to confide in you about their mistakes, you've lost them.

3. If your child had poor self-esteem, it is because you advice them more than you encourage them.

4. If your child does not stand up for themselves, it is because from a young age you have disciplined them regularly in public.

5. If your child takes things that do not belong to them, it is because when you buy them things, you don't let them chose what they want.

6. If your child is cowardly, it is because you help them too quickly.

7. If your child does not respect other b feelings, it is because instead of speaking to your child, you order and command them.

8. If your child is too quick to anger, it is because you give too much attention to misbehaviour and you give little attention to good behaviour.

9. If your child is excessively jealous, it is because you only congratulate them when they successfully complete something and not when they improve at something even if they don't successfully complete it.

10. If your child intentionally disturbs you, it is because you are not physically affectionate enough.

11. If your child is openly defiant, it is because you openly threaten to do something but don't follow through.

12. If your child is secretive, it is because they don't trust that you won't blow things out of proportion.

13. If your child talks back to you, it is because they watch you do it to others and think its normal behaviour.

14. If your child doesn't listen to you but listens to others, it is because you are too quick to jump to conclusions.

15. If your child rebels it is because they know you care more about what others think than what is right.

When I meet people nowadays I feel as if I am meeting empty shells.

They have outsourced their thinking to the TV.

They have sold their Soul to the Doctors.

When they speak, it is only about the irritants in their lives and about all the stupid things happening all over the world which has mostly nothing to with them. Their understanding of life seems to be limited to their immediate wishes and desires and their fulfillment; they know nothing about nothing outside their cellphone "system."

A few conversations in the last weeks have been awfully eye opening.

It is basically assumed that we as a people and as individuals know nothing -- without the stamp of a Diploma you are a mere bonehead. There is nothing to learn nothing and nothing to share. Grandmother lores are oldwives' tales. Our opinions and life's experience mean nothing until the experts have spoken. Learning if any is limited to Institutions.

There are reports from their own research that show the doctors know the harm their methods are doing but the methods are pursued nevertheless.

I am feeling so sad writing this.

I so wonder that the people of today have so little concern for their selves. There is a deep feeling that these youngsters have been made to believe that they can take care of themselves and the world is their oyster. Too much positivity in the air. It has become toxic.

I am noticing in a poor country with a poor infrastructure like India the Laptop Warriors lucky enough to find jobs with corporates like Amazon, behave like powerful magicians. They are continually at work (busy & puffed with self-importance), they are running the world, with a press of a button like the Magician's wand, everything they desire either happens or comes to their doorstep. They are on top of the world and what "bad" can happen to them?!!!

Why carry a weapon?

Would it be called mental illness?

I know no one who has never once ever wanted to bash somebody up. Mostly we have enough self-control to not to.

The only thing that keeps us quiet is that by experience we have learnt that others like law enforcers, bosses and parents can hurt us back.

Most of us without exception have used verablising to hurt and shoot out hurtful bullets.

The balance is maintained by our basic intelligence and reason.

Another big reason to not carry arms is generally is that in today's society we dont really need one although the custom from time immemorial has been of carrying a sword or dagger quite the custom.

The problem today is that we are slowly getting used to hurting from a great distance in great safety. Even on Facebook we have so many people abusing and being nasty just because they know that they are safe behind their keyboards.

Carrying guns on the pretext of self-defense is just a game of words. It is our general nastiness being projected in one way or another.

Some people who actually let go are those who have cracked up and we have not yet a system in place to recognise them and pre-empt it all.

Everyone on FB and everywhere is talking of Self-defense and guns and yet the topic is the mass shootings.

Why is the issue of mass shooting by individuals not being researched? For some reason it seems the people in the US divert the attention to guns per se as if they go out on their own to murder. A lot of noise is created to ban guns and then all of it drowns in the melee

Something very peculiar to USA. ( some people want to to show similarity to these to mass shootings by individuals in USA with Africa China and some other places where it is always communal fights with guns, staffs and machetes . I don't think the reasons are remotely the same)

How can mass shootings be connected with self-defense where a gunman goes and starts shooting in schools, malls and open musical gathering on the most defenseless peaceful collection of humans??

For Self-defense a good small handgun, easily carried, handled and locked away would be the best.

There is something psychically wrong to want to carry an assault rifle in to Walmart in the name of self-defense in peacetime among our own brethren.

James Bond always prefers a small berretta...there must be a reason

There have been too many images of super strong invincibles out there in great movies. They were going to reflect in our sub conscious one of these days. (example: Sylvester Stallone movies, westerns and such)

The makers of audio visual products have to accept their responsibility in "powering" the human psyche.

The makers of digital technology who gave dangerous weapons of self-destruction to humans are also to blame. (Such as making life too easy and doing the thinking for them)

The commercial people who made huge amounts, now lying in graves somewhere, are the main culprits for giving too much too soon to monkey-humans. What did they gain finally?

Yes this is the truth of existence.

But I have seen that negativity has many advantages for a large percentage of people because....

1) They complain of difficulties to show off how perceptive they are

2) Criticising is a way to show how superior they are in pursuing the same activities

3) By pointing out the fault they have shown how concerned they are and they have done their duty.

4) There is an element of helplessness in all of their "NOT doings".

In short negativity allows and frees these people to remain stuck in their morass - it is closely connected to their basic vanity/pride and LAZINESS/tamas.

Talking to them of something positive shakes their world and they fight back to maintain their status quo.

Every individual is given one soecialstrength out of four possibilities; everything that happens and comes to one in this life will then come from this strength.

The converse is also true. Everyone is given a weakness via which one incurs losses.

The strengths are: Intelligence, Physical Strength, Affectionate disposition, Sheer luck coupled with a large heart and not much brains.

I learned this from some writing in our ancient texts long ago. For instance all solutions come to me from my use of my analytical ability. I am given great opportunities to learn. Info and education comes easily to me on a silver platter. But nothing else ever has come with ease.

Whenever I show laziness and let things happen as a matter of course as I see it happening with others around me, I suffer. For instance how do I always match up with the right person and product? Because I pay great attention to what my analysis of all the small pieces of info - bells and whistles - that are coming to me. Whenever I have ignored these signals out of some wishful hoping I have incurred failure and heavy losses.

Others for instance are destined to have everything from the dint of their labor. Nothing will ever come to them by chance. Work and more work will come to them and they will flourish only if they do it well.

The entire crux of living is to recognise the truth of our Being and waves lapping around us and live understanding those confines

Yes it keeps on creating images inside our heads and we think that we are part of the Reality and we see clearly the Reality that has been formed in our minds which of course must be what we are noticing and sensing through all our senses.

We start seeing things correctly only when we take on a dispassionate disposition. For example a man in love simply sees nothing but what he wants to see in his beloved. There is even a phrase that Love is blind.

The attachments we have make us blind to things we do not want to see and glorify everything we do want to see. This is the reason our judgments are mostly in error about others and a lot of everyday things that we assume and act upon. Tragic consequences are an everyday occurrence.

Similarly we can see ogres and demons or Divine and God. Our analysis is therefore always in error.

The first step is to accept this fact. Our cussedness and misplaced pride is the bar. The curtains then start falling away.

We have been deciphering the world will show us how we have been in error earlier and will continue to be so.

In the last two weeks there have been 2 celebrity deaths in India of young men in the forties who suddenly collapsed and died. They were doing all that today's health gurus advise.

Obviously something is seriously wrong with the parameters at play. The media is promoting certain products and notions that are doing great harm.

I think basically two things that we are doing wrong are:

1) Eating too many inflammatory foods

2) Going against the Circadian Rhythm

People consuming cheap quality strong alcohol on a regular basis and eating processed foods will never have a good enough immunity + drugs of any kind ( even the prescribed ones).

They have put themselves on an eternal program that only goes downhill with every day.

Nothing not even god can help them. Vaccine is just a chimera like a poor quality umbrella that tears soon after opening.

We have been accepting what is taught us without question. They even have a name for it: Conditioning.

All this is understood but we merrily create new worlds in our head and blithely plod on.

This is the reason for death. The reality we create is non-sustainable. We have been cleverly using this as an excuse to do away with those we do not see in alignment with our goals of supremacy -- down from the Emperor to the hoodlum in the street.

And LIFE on Earth is VAAAst enough to embrace all little eccentricities.

So is it possible that when parents have children they are thinking more of their own old age and pensions instead of the pleasure of having a child and help the child to create a new future thru him? I don't think they are thinking so. The whole act starts in selfishness and ends in selfishness. Children are means to an end. There is an attachment but mostly it is again founded in selfishness.

Yet we expect the world to grow into a wonderful new creation full of love, kindness and compassion.

My father never shared a single thought or fear of his with me. It was always a "senior-junior" relationship like in an office. He was doing his duty and I was expected to do mine though none ever told what was expected of me and why or even there ever being a hint as to how to go about it.

He never talked about anything or helped me understand what was being seen by me and put my thinking on the right track.

The only sentence I remember him by is "No. It would be better this way....".

But they, my parents were talking about me to all others and complaining most of the time. What a trail of dislike and disempowerment they left for me. It was a cruel thing to do but they were lauded while I was derided on their tell-tale stories. Why" Because I was not behaving by their rules and as expected of a child. Wherever needed embellishments were added to the story to make it special I suppose and their troubles would seem insurmountable -- they were, as I see it and understand now, laying the ground for themselves as not being responsible.

Of course a crane had left me on the doorstep and a burden added to their lives by somebody called god.

And of course they did their best as all parents always do for the good of their children.

I distinctly carry the feeling that I was unwanted, not really a pleasure and as a mini adult quite a burden to carry which in their minds they did wonderfully.

I simply never counted. On seeing around I see this about describes the entire cultural ethos in which a large swathe of Indian children are brought up in. Nothing is taught. Nothing is explained. They are sent to school of sorts and (NB: our schools are really not worth talking about as formative institutions of excellence) in the most part the parent's job is done.

The feeling I have always got is that children are "Ce sont des inattendus"..... they happen.

Neither is their birth planned nor their life nor their future given much thought. The life path is simple. Get a Diploma and job and start your own family. In the meanwhile go out and play and leave the parents alone but be ready to take care of them when they are old.

To me this is extreme cruelty. The parents are laying the foundations for an unhappy tortured life. Nobody knows how to stop this chain. And this is what this book is all about.

Can we teach them?

I remember over 40 years ago when I came to settle in Delhi while on my regular way to take my French Language classes at 8 am I would see on the way a Buddhist novice lama. When I first saw him he was in full vigour. You could see in his eyes the excited enlightened mind of a fully armed "MIND" with knowledge of the monasteries going forth to impress and bring wisdom to the world in some quick easy steps. His arrogance could be inferred from the fact that he was staying in the center of the road and in opposite direction of the traffic as if he was above all these frumperies of the human kind.

Gradually over the year I saw him a little tired, walking slower and on the side of the road.

Soon he stopped being seen.

I saw him again some years later, all tired, walking slowly, visibly old and burdened with the hardship of life as a monastic in a city that would never care.

Fatigue was written on his face.

Did I imagine defeat too?

Where does Cruelty come from?

A lot of people misunderstand deliberately.

Why?

Because the opposite would require EFFORT. They have to first pay attention. Attention spans require energy. All their energies are focused on "NOT DOING"; what they call enjoying life which actually if seen properly is nothing but chasing pleasurable sensations like scratching an itch.

Then all listening requires follow-up. Means further energy has to be put in first to get off the bums and actually show that you mean what you are saying or agreeing to.

Complaining is preferred to solutions.

Another point is that when you misunderstand a new avenue opens for showing to others who is better and the boss. Humans are (I don't expect anyone to agree) sadistically inclined. In simple language it means that arguments, quarrels actually give us pleasure and an excuse to show-off.

Not intelligence but VANITY rules this world. If it does not agree with what I want it is wrong.!!!

-------

This conversation I had and it shows rather lucidly our attitude to change and our attitude to listen to those who speak about it. The conversation exposes how we find arguments to avoid the issue.

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari

You missed this sentence: They rarely see the need for enlarging their view

Lady S: Rarely means sometimes, and some people try. Not many I admit, but we have high standards,PK!

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari: Are you taking it personally?

You must have noticed that I speak from the universal angle only or recount my personal stories. Nothing is ever intended towards anyone specifically.

All pondering about yourself is your own subconscious relating and it is all your connect with yourself and your duty to manage how you redecorate your home to suit yourself.

Lady S: I don't take things personally, but you can only comment from your point of view. How can you comment for 7,000,000.000 people in the world

Pradeep Pk Maheshwari:

At the base, universal level, the cosmos is from where we all come and there, at the roots everything is the same. The outer manifestation of course differs in permutations and combinations like all houses have salons, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms at the universal level but none is the same.

The olds sages who gave us the Occult insight into human affairs indicated this Indian division of the Cosmos into Devas and Rakshasa (demons).

The Devas are of course the ones who want to uplift and progress and ethically raise mankind into godhead. The purpose of the Rakshasa is to block this at every possible move; from the moral view-point this is utterly saddening and rather cruel and we can wonder exactly to what purpose?

In fact occult sciences say that the rakshasas are there to concretize our aspirations, intentions and efforts. They are a forging force. There is no easy way out. Either you will it and change like the yogis do or you get pushed in the crusher and are pulverized and recreated into a beautiful new you.

All these devastations that we see in life, all these blocks and tragedies are comparable to the tilling of the land for newer growth. If we listen to the Earth on moral principles, she would be saying that this tilling is hurting her and we should not be doing it. Is it not cruel to poke a long hard stick into her innards?

This attitude and behaviour shows not only in governance but also in the most intimate relationships. 9 out of 10 people I have met do not listen at all. They put a lot of energy in no listening. They react to certain words and are either off to blare out their often repeated short tapes running in their heads as recorded messages OR they simply lose interest attention and walk off or as most people today do, start paying attention to their phone. This is why narcissism is so widespread and even considered normal while humankind goes forward protecting their Cruelty induced Rakshasa nature with great cleverness. It is so much easier to learn to live with violence than to rise above it.

If you study all our developments, all our clichés and all the sermons, they all are hiding our basic natures so that the rakshasa nature does not show but we know it is there.

I notice that since the last 150 years the Rakshasa have been using the newly awakened mind of the humans to give us new products to amuse ourselves with and create great, more violent and gorier tragedies. That these thoughts, ideas and developments are indeed gifts from another world, fed into human minds that are ready to give them material form is a concept that western minds may find weird. We in the orient do not think of ourselves as the doer and thinker. Whatever, you will have to agree that it has become easier to commit crimes, bigger and better, with all these new technologies now at our disposal like cars, phones, digital automation and indestructible raw materials to give shape to new gadgets that allow us to live more perversely.

What is the silver lining? These are preparing us for eventual waking up. How long will this humanity suffer? No way to predict but the chain has to break someday. A few million years in the Earth's consciousness is really a short episode so don't even try to visualize or understand.

PS: One thing that needs to be understood about Rakhshas nature. They cannot see themselves as rakhshas and they do not see that their actions are going to hurt them for all their cleverness. There is an automatic process there that eventually completes the circle and destroys the perpetrator.

I have seen deeply into myself and anger and the urge to avenge is there. It comes over me now and then. When young I destroyed myself because of it and lost opportunities by the bucketful. But as my mind in its natural state lives in the domain of intelligence where it has seen that this activity only brings more pain I have learn to desist and look immediately away as fast as I can make myself to do so.

In my anger I have hurt people and I have seen how karma comes back waving its chains and floor me. Now I am more scared of the retribution and control my anger. I have also taught myself to forget. By keeping my peace I see more deeply into human nature and its convoluted ways; I have become more intuitive and can connect the chain of events that will ensue. The images of the results frighten me.

I have seen clearly that I am the perpetrator of my own violence. Somewhere it all begins in me. The others are all retaliating.

The mass of humans do not see where it begins. It is ever so clearly the fault of others. By this logic they absolve themselves. In this world neutral positions are not allowed. Do you remember how Ben Hur is confronted by his old bosom friend with "Either you are with me or you are not; if you are not then you are the enemy" and Ben Hur becomes the mortal enemy of the Roman general who was his closest friend. The pain and violence that ensues is beyond senseless. It is one sided but it cannot be stopped. Ben Hur does not respond back but he does protect himself and the result is that the Roman friend comes under his own chariot.

There is a spiritual issue here. We have to learn to not be allowed to respond to our impulses and see the consequences we bring upon ourselves. But the winning moments can be so sweet.

The mass of humans cannot be shown because their eyes are turned. The going issue here is that simply telling makes no impression. It has to be pounded into them if at all. Mother Nature has designed life with disasters and emotions for warfare. We cannot hurt back Mother Nature After all what can you do against a storm?) so we sit back and weep but against others humans we let loose our martial tendencies. Especially when we know that the other person is not in a position to retaliate; then all our sadistic propensities gush out forth in all their blatant coarseness.

I have only one prayer: O Lord don't let me fall into the hands of these scoundrels who love hurting, are legally in a position to hurt and their sadistic tendencies.

Tell me Malachy, how many do you think adopt this way of thinking?

Malachy Matthews to Pradeep Pk Maheshwari,

And you know there are those who take the moral high ground and tut tut and their solution for this situation would be to cut the perpetrator's head off or send him to solitary confinement for 20 years; a similarly brutal act. The deep irony of it all.

The Mother of Pondicherry, Sri Aurobindo Ashram was talking of marriage for men and she said men shall never get out of their pettiness until they get out of the need for those small comforts of married life.

We are prepared to live in bondage, pay for it through our nose for the few moments that we deem important and we do not see life going farther than that.

The same attitude magnifies itself into our whole life as well.

Security and fear of what is coming keeps us thinking small.

Additionally we are prepared to fight, for these small comforts. We can become very cruel when our path is crossed.

Show them what is right.

Why is it that some people are so offended at just about everything; specially things that do not concern them, do not bite them and are otherwise naturally none of anyone's business?

For instance we can take the case of uproar by the white cultures and their opposition to breast feeding children first medically some 30-50 years ago and now in open places? While they want to see breasts everywhere in their lives like in journals, their dressing and even in adverts selling refrigerators. They talk of dressing up but focus on the undressing!

Has anyone thought of what is good for the baby? Why is this cruelty being imposed on the child?

What piques them?

After studying this a little even perfunctorily I realised that people who are offended are really weak character ones who find certain pictures and activities as attacks on their "weaknesses" - a kind of fear that they may expose themselves. Example: Take the Muslim men, they are so singularly sexual minded that they need to keep their women in burquas as otherwise they are always excited and can go berserk easily. The big news is that this vibration, in India too got passed on to the Hindus. And if one looks closely in history this factor raises its head every now and then in every culture when conservatives are in governance.

And to keep their charade of superiority they then can live only when the whole world follows their way.

A big way to maintain "divides" in society is by creating "Finger-raising" factors. This allows open and "fair" criticisms and the critics can pat themselves for the good deeds they are doing for society and its decadent ways.

Although it goes unsaid, but factors open to criticism also open doors for justified violence. Anything that can be termed immoral can then also be openly attacked and women are such lovely targets.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The realisation that to stay in this world I am perforced to lower my consciousness level at all times and maintain my own level too is becoming too much.

There is no sharing, caring or compromise. It is ME ME ME all around. The landscape is so desolate.

What am I doing here?

How do I go anywhere else?

The responsibilities and promises keep me back. My sincerity is my own prison.

I am being gored and I cannot hurt the Bull - the spectators are laughing.

I see myself belonging to the EXPERIMENTAL GENERATION. You know born around 1945-55. The transition people between the Feudal kingship eras moving to more democratic socialism era.

Technically too we saw the coming of the transistor and a gradual and total change in our gadgetry due to electronics, miniaturization; and machines to ease our burdens and Artificial Intelligence now.

I also see the robotisation of humanity. The suppression of individuality. Mass education by protocols. Everyone thinking and being educated in the same way. Fashions and dressing becoming similar. From Tokyo to Los Angeles the same brands and goods on offer. Even electronics helping us to live (like the heart pacemakers) and of course transplant of organs have become a reality. New medical breakthroughs happened, not all so could but we would have never known until we tried. From the classical education that we received we have in one life-time transitioned to digital googling. Today none of the new generations have even heard of Somerset Maugham, Maupassant, Degas, Vermeer, Shubert and Eric Satie.

And ours is the generation on which everything has been tried.

Well we have served some purpose in humanity's march.

Otherwise it looks so like a wasted life.

How we pack our lives with beliefs that suit our laziness and conveniently cut out effort. Let us not overshadow the troublesome parts because once understood they can be neutralised thru the positive vibes BUT THEY HAVE to be given the importance they have. We can't simply ignore them as we have always done.
